    I have 2kg pair and 5kg pair of dumbells.
    Which one have to use maam
    I want to keep strong muscles not to build maam.
    Does it work

      You can use both. For the bigger muscle movements use the 5kg and for the smaller muscle movements use the lighter weight. You will not get bulky from doing these. But do what feels good for your body and take the time that you need. These workouts will help develop strength and sculpt your muscles.
