Just got the app .. will these short less move workout really help .i have alot to loose and try to tone after the fat is down ..im use to doing a couple differnt curcits difdernt moves in each curcit thats done through a couple times each .. it just feel like there not as much that im use to do many moves for whole body parts .. just worried i wont get as much worked doing less weight days and volume ..also where do i stat ..the drop the fit body mrs muscle workouts or just body weight ..im not new to dumbells for my goals i hold alot of weight in my belly hips thighs and arms im 207 5 ft 1 im tired of not fitting in my close and and ready todo what i need to to feel comfy by summer in in shorts and swim suit . .
