Good gains on the Yamaha. Very nice result of 150mph from a triple 900! For some reason my Yamaha's have always made me feel different about them, as opposed to my Kawi's and Ducs. Something about the company's musical side I guess. Looking forward to seeing that last little bit of HP from the MT-09 on the dyno!

Interesting to see tah Euro models are not restricted on top speed. I hit 240kmh on a good wind day and it still did not reach the limiter. One question, did tje bike sound any diferent after the airbox mode? Thanks
Pipe is louder than the intake so cant really tell. If it had the original pipe it would for sure. DW
Wonderful sounding bike, prefered the 14 inch silencer. Is it ignition timing that causes the odd downturn in the power curve at 10k ?
To be honest that may be baked into the ECU after 10,200 rpm. They all do this even unrestricted as far as I can tell at this point Nick. Honestly this does not matter as well, since peak power is about 10 K. I plan to start my shift points at 9600, then try up to 10,000 tomorrow at the track. I think 9600 to 9800 will be the best to keep it in the meat of the power curve. We will see how it pans out. What do you think its going to run this time out ? Thanks Dale
Hello, what was the gain only of the airbox mod?
I would never do that, its super lean and way to much air flow with my AB mods with DNA filter to run off the stock fueling Pardal.
I have a previous mt 09 model in which I've already made mods on the ecu and I can change it whenever I want, I have a sports exhaust too, but I want to take a little more power, it's giving 113cv today in the wheel, so I'm thinking of working on the gearbox. air.

I'm surprised you don't get the woolich setup to flash the bike yourself. Nothing against Chris, he's awesome and I enjoy his channel too but it's really easy to use and you have the dyno.
Maybe one day, and I know I could do that anytime, but I have my reasons Ian. With what's going on in this country I want to keep my house, if you get my drift. Cheers D
@@DaleWalkerHoleshot I definitely feel that. I replaced my kenworth w900 after a fire. It was fully "deregulated" with a big turbo and we had to turn it down because it was creeping up on 4000 ft lbs of torque below 1400rpm to save the crank. My new to me 2018 peterbilt 389 is all stock with 605hp x15 but its painfully slow and boring in comparison. Lots of guys are getting caught with deleted trucks these days and I just don't want to worry anymore about getting my plates pulled and getting a six figure fine.

I suppose you could develop a Powercommander file in your elevation, and send him the map to flash in permanently.
Already printed out a data file of the A/F on a full run. ECU was lost by USPS, but they just found it >>> Thanks God ! Its on the way back to me now from Chris. DW
