Really appreciate your time and dedication Dale. It seems like the ECU does a great job as far as AF ratios with just an aftermarket exhaust, doesn't it? So we could say it's kinda safe to run just an exhaust without a tune. Obviously almost all of us will end up with an intake+exhaust & and tune but meanwhile...

Yes you can without a problem. Just don't change anything else. The ECU does and ok job, not great. Cheers DW
Any updates? I’m thinking about Moore tune for a dna stage 2 filter and Yoshimura full race exhaust. 2022 mt-09 sp
I'm pretty much done after my 2nd round cancer battle Jason. I'm ok now, but need to move and retire in the next year. I want to work on my motor bikes, cars, race a bit, and have fun for what time I have left. I will be making more vids over time as well, and have my new MT-09 Holeshot /Corbin seat ready now. That engine at 8000+ rpm sounds like a 5 valve engine. What ever happened to Yamaha's 5 valve car engine they supplied to Ford back in the 80's. For their hi performance Taurus I believe?

Yes sir ! .. lol I will when I can get to that. Wont mean much though, motors are totally different in real world and MT-09 is much lighter. DW
