- 1 Minute Microwave HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE - Easy HOT CHOCOLATE! Learn how to make a delicious easy hot chocolate using your microwave!

1 Minute MICROWAVE HOT CHOCOLATE RECIPE ( Makes 1 serving! )
- 160g Milk (2/3 cup)
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 50g Dark Chocolate CUT INTO SMALL PIECES ( 1.5 ounces)
*For a THIN Hot Chocolate microwave this mixture anywhere between 1 minute - 1 minute and 30 seconds or until HOT.
**For a CREAMY Hot Chocolate microwave for 1 full minute. Give it a mix and microwave again for an additional 2 minutes.

I've made this recipe on the stove before but not often as it takes "ages" to make without burning the milk from too high stove temperature. I'd found it didn't seem to work in the microwave but didn't know why, so thank you for this video.

I made this hot chocolate right after you posted the video, I did not have cornstarch so I used mochiko(sweet rice flour) and it worked! I did have to add more milk, but it turned out to be really good! My sister tried it and said it was the best hot chocolate she has ever had! Thank you Emma!

did you use the same amount of rice flour as the cornstarch? also did you have to microwave it longer or its the same steps, just mochiko as the replacement of cornstarch

I made this hot chocolate today and it is delicious 😋! Very rich and creamy so you can’t drink a lot because of how heavy it is but it is by far the best and easiest hot chocolate I have made.

Was looking for a way to recreate Italian hot chocolate in the microwave if I don't want to do it in the stove, so this is perfect!
Very good! Loved the result! Creamy taste, looked like expensive hot chocolate of special restaurants, so less expensive and so easy to do! I added too much chocolate, be carefull, wa delicious, yes, but it was too much for me. Thanks for this dellllllllicious recipe!!!!! :)
