- On a cold day or chilly evening at home, you need a warm drink. In this video, learn How To Make Hot Chocolate With Cocoa Powder And Milk For One in the Microwave! It’s easy and just takes a couple minutes and will warm you up in no time.
Ingredients
2 Tbs. Water
2 Tbs. Sugar
2 Tbs. Cocoa Powder
Pinch of Salt
1 Cup Milk of choice
Drop or two of Vanilla extract
Marshmallows, if desired
Instructions:
Add water, sugar, and cocoa powder, and salt to a 10-12 oz microwave safe mug.
Mix briefly to start dissolving sugar.
Microwave on high for 20-30 seconds.
Mix again, add milk and mix well.
Continue to microwave in 30 second intervals stirring each time until hot.
Add vanilla extract and marshmallows.
Enjoy!

It's after 4 am and I gotta get up again in a few hrs . Mom keeps trying to escape from the nursing home as she has dementia and seems to think she is in high school so tries to leave but has no idea how to get back to my sisters home .My mom is 80 .Last week she did the splits and a few cartwheels down the hall and told the nurses she is in high school . Cos she forgot how old she really is . So I may be A few days behind on vids but I will catch up .
