1 Minute Brownies recipe ( Microwave Brownie):
- 20 g (1 ½ tbsp) Butter
- 30 g ( 1 ounce )Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa ( Please use GOOD quality chocolate, DON'T use chocolate chips as they contain sugar ).
- 30 g ( 2 tbsp) Sugar
- 20 g ( 1½ tbsp) Room temp Milk ( Don't use cold milk )
- 45 g ( 4½ tbsp) All purpose flour
- Pinch of Salt
- Chocolate Chunks
The container I used is 10x10 cm( 4x4 inch) . You can also use a wide mug or tea cup.
PLEASE READ: Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. Check the brownie after 1 minute. DO NOT over bake. Once it comes out of the oven you have 2 options: You can either enjoy it right away with a spoon or allow the brownie to cool 15-20 minutes to allow it to set. Please be precise and use the exact amounts in the recipe.

I tried this recipe a week ago, and believe me it was super delicious. I don't have measuring spoons still the texture and taste of this brownie was heavenly. I am again making this recipe today 😃.. it was soo delicious. I recommend all to give it a try. ❤️

Emma is so kind to use her time for us just so we can make fast short and easy recipes, she's helped me a whole lot and thanks to her I don't starve plus bore to death because when I'm bored I eat and most of the time I don't have much sweet things in my house so I'm thanking Emma a lot here.
I love how she is telling the measurements in gram and tbsp form! Bc I live in Sweden and we usually use dl, tsp and tbsp! When I search for recipes they usually tell in grams which I can’t use. So a big ty!

I made this today and it was so good I generally don’t like very sugary brownies so I added less sugar and it was just delicious specially dark chocolate brings out the nice flavour and texture

I tweaked my recipe a little, instead of milk I added curd and I added granulated sugar with the butter while melting it instead of powdered sugar. It turned out great both times, will become my go-to chocolate dessert recipe. :)
