    I have slow metabolism and hypothyroidism withe the strict Viki egg diet I loose 0.5kg per day but watching this girl eat so much more and loosing even more than me, goes to show not everyone's metabolism is going to react the same, keep trying diets till you find the one that works for you and keep yourself busy.       If u want fast,less oil,less sugar,less salt...drink many water and eat vege and fruit..the carbo also u change sweet potato or anything lowers the carbo dear..no excersize,very fast also going down your kg..

      Guys I did the egg diet for 4 days and I only lost 3kg which is good but make sure not to keep this long term because u need to have all groups of food

    How is this a diet that gets you lose nearly 10kg? Im confused and can’t believe it one bit. It’s fine eating eggs, but instant noodles and rice? And dinner? For me it’s a diet that’ll get me gain weight, unless I’m already under a strenous workout routine.

      i know its late but yes. it will bounce back. it is much healthier if you find a LONG TERM solution to your diet like eating healthier and move more. doing this just make a permanent toll on your body

      No is not, I see most of this diet blogs (usually korean) have unhealthy methods and the comment section is flooded with people with ED weighting less than 50kg and wanting to lose more, is very dangerous besides not only the weight will come back but other health issues appear. A long term and healthy diet with exercise is the key, you dont have to stop eating or eat very little to lose weight, what comes fast the faster leaves

    Fastest way too lose weight is eating just boiled eggs. But what I don't like is that you always put back those kilos. If you want to lose weight but not restraining too much, just count how many calories you are taking right now and take about 500 calories less than that.

    Did it for 4 days and it did absolutely nothing. Except leave me hungry and feeling pretty exhausted. I was also working out during those 4 days for 30-40 minutes each day&had salad&spinach with the eggs.
    personally I think the only thing people lose is water weight&u don’t need eggs for that.🤷🏼‍♀️
    Maybe it only works for ppl with a fast metabolism,I don’t know. For me it didn’t do shit😅

      Yes just eat 2 boiled egg 🥚 in breakfast with green tea
      Lunch 1 appl and cocumber with lemon and green tea
      Diner 200 gram boiled or BBQ chicken with selad and green tea
      40 minutes workout it's really work do it for a week u loss 4 to 5 kg ❤

      You diet to lose weight if you stop diet and eat like before, of course you'll regain it back so if you stop diet you still need to eat something healthy to maintain your weight.

    Her day 2 and 3 was alot of food compared to day 1. Thats still good almost 3kg in 3days she must have a super metabolism. I cant even lose 2kg a week eating less than that, low carbs only vegetables with meat, fish or egg, and im quite active. Must be the stress and lack of sleep lol. Plus being 4.9 height im looking obese no matter the weight.

    Nice video but I don't think it's suitable for everyone. I've been shooting this kind of content for a year and I don't believe that this much weight (almost 3 kilos) can be lost in 3 days with carbohydrate consumption and 0 vegetables. Of course, if you do sports for 3 hours a day, maybe, but even then, muscle growth will appear due to muscle building and weight gain will appear on the scale. As someone who has tried extreme diets such as Kpop idol Somi's diet, I do not find this video 'less than 500 calories a day' to be very accurate. Maybe you have actually lost weight just because you are young, but I think this is neither a proper eating pattern nor a healthy diet.

    There is really nothing to be confused about here though. Her calories input are below 1000 everyday but she makes the effort to diversify how she eats throughout the day I guess so it does seem like she is eating a lot when in fact she isn’t. People need to realize they are not gaining weight because of two slices of bread and two eggs but because of the extra calories. Each meal in the video counts 300 calories at most. It’s math and biology.

    Please don’t do this diet !!
    I did this so many times because i hated my body so much . I lost 3kg in 4 days. I was so happy .. but after that when I started eating like before I gained 8kg . If you do that you will see difference but you will regret sooo much after eating like before. So if you want to lose weight do something healthy !!!

      Remember, your body is what you eat. Of course, health is important, but diet is not what you had to do every day. It just a short period that you need to eat healthy low calorie to lose weight after that you can stop it. And you said you gained 8kg after that because you started to eat like before, of course it will regain your weight nothing lasts forever. You diet to lose weight when you stop diet you still need to eat healthy to maintain your weight not eat like before and expect that it will stay forever. How much calories you eat before?? You gain weight because of calories not the food. We need to eat less calories to lose weight if you eat a lot of sugar and carbohydrate, there are a lot of calories, of course you'll gain your weight. Watch what you eat!!

    The only healthy diet for successful weight loss and maintenance is eat all food groups in moderation and you could eat tasty deserts in small portion and lose weight too and also do not check your weight only once in a while like one month or after like four months or when clothings do not fit in because if you check your weight everyday you can become obsessed with weight and food and that would lead to an eating disorder and you will stay stuck in the world of body image weight shape and food for all days, that is what happened to me so I am warning you guys be careful, the way she keeps checking her weight everyday is unhealthy she could then become obsessed.

    I have a question idk if u or anyone know but I'm a 14 year old female my height is 5'3ft and my cw is 52kg? 50kg somewhere between there, I wanna know how much weight will I lose if I eat 500kcal a day and do intermittent fasting (16:8) and I stop eating at like 9pm and drink ofc 2L of water how much will I lose?       @@luvwonyyy it sounds like you should deal with self worth issues first , losing weight will not make you happy if you dont love yourself first. especially on a low number like 500 you will probably end up binging and stuck in a cycle, if youre only 14 you could end up with a disordered food relationship, please think of the future. weight loss should be sustainable
