    Yoga is a practice that I actually did as a child. My babysitter used to watch Denise Austin yoga sessions and do them in front of me and I would join in. I really want to get back to that. Thanks for sharing this Gabby 💕

    I love that you've shares this topic and the content in which you've shared it. I've been looking for a fitness approach to try as covid is ending (I hope!). This has definitely helped to motivate me to try a yoga challenge as well.

      Thank you! Like any big city, it depends where you are, and how smart you are. But overall, if you are smart and stay in the populated areas and don't go wandering off in sketchy places at night, you will be safe.
