I enjoyed watching your review and wanted you to know i just ordered my second one (for guests). I bought my first one back in early 2019 and its been wonderful. I have the Unagi E500 and live in NYC so the only real issues I have is the lack of a real suspension (we have some bumpy roads here) and i'm really only getting about 10 miles of range. Perhaps it's because I am using it in unlocked mode and typically riding at 20mph most of the way? Anyway, I took advantage of the E350 sale and looking forward to receiving that soon. I've been looking for a scooter for city commuting in Hawaii. Since I can't test it out, will the E350 be enough to get around for a primarily flat commute? Any chance of shipping to Hawaii?
Hi Michael, I have used the Unagi scooter 500 for a couple of weeks now and my thoughts are as follows: Pros: 1. sleek design 2. Very light compare to other brands 3. Good Price point Cons: 1. It’s not a normal tire, so can be quite bumpy when riding across potholes or tiled pavement area 2. Not much of a suspension 3. The beeping noise it keeps making when the battery level is low (can you switch it off?) A couple of questions I have, what’s the warranty unagi gives to its customers when they purchase a scooter, and how often do the spare parts needs changing? I commute roughly 6 miles a day on the scooter. What are the major differences between the Unagi 500 vs 350? Thank you!

Avoid overcharging (That means only recharging your scooter when the battery is dead or close to being completely drained.) 2. Store your scooter inside 3. Keep the battery charged if you plan to store your scooter 4. Park your scooter in a dry place

With the Unagi Model One, you can get a full charge within four to five hours, allowing you to go for long rides multiple times per day if needed.Yes when the light turns green the scooter is fully charged. In light rain yes. The Unagi Model One has an IP54 rating meaning it can be ridden in light rain without any worry or damage.
