Filmed in Fresno California near clovis
Me and my buddy Vinny went for a ride to get some footage of his 1973 750 Motorcycle. And got the attention of this officer. At the end of the day the guy was very professional and wasn't rude or mean. I wanted to ask him a few questions about getting plates for my Sur ron but I didn't have my license ID on me! Could have been worse

Cops don't know the Law. They are told by DAs to apply Color of Law (DMV Code) to non-commercial travel. This violates Title 18 sec. 241 & 242 (Treason). When cops violate their Oath its Treason, but the BAR (Attorneys) protect the cops because the BAR wants the money made under Color of Law and there is no risk to the BAR only the cops are committing Treason. Travel is a Right, no License or Tags required. Driving is a Privilege (commercial) License and Tags required. Getting criminals (cops) to obey the Law is difficult, ignoring the Law is what criminals do to be criminals. There are not vehicle Laws in the Constitution (Law), all vehicle Law is Corporate Policy (Color of Law).

I live in the Central Valley (45 minutes south of Fresno) and being a motorcycle rider, and soon to be EV scooter rider, I have to say the person shooting this video is one of the reasons EV scooters/bikes will have to be registered. The rider on the motorcycle should have educated himself on what is required to ride a motorcycle on streets/highways as well as the noise restrictions that have been passed in the recent years here in the Valley. They are both lucky they the motorcycle officer was professional, informative and empathetic because Fresno PD is known for having vehicles impounded for the slightest infractions. Both these riders were in the wrong, as is this title. The motorcycle was pulled over, not the ebike.

Stinger expansion chambers without baffles installed are for track use only. I used to run those on a candy sky-blue '76 Kawasaki KH500 H1F triple. His triple is surprisingly quiet considering his expansion chambers aren't designed for baffles. He could purchase some Hellfire expansion chambers which come with baffles installed (and I'd hope they work better than those on my triple did, because you could hear it more than a mile away as it climbed into the peak of the power band).
The officer is correct that the Kawasaki in this video is missing the factory installed turn signals.

There are laws that limit power output and top speed of e-bikes for them to be considered "bicycles". When the e-bikes exceed these limits, they are classified as motorcycles and all equipment and rider requirements apply. The officer did a good job by issuing a warning because the goal is compliance with the law, not punishment for violating the law.

I think that, with 7500 watts, you would need a bike rated to handle that power on the street along with tag and registration as a motorcycle. Class 3 tag was fake and probably had a fake 750 watt tag on motor. It can probably do around 65 mph. You can tell by the acceleration from the traffic light that it had way more that 750 watts. The bike lane limit is under 30 mph at best. MrCentralDriver is lucky the cop didn't investigate further. In the future, if the cop says there will be no ticket, say thank you and leave. If he watches this video, he will probably be on the look out for you.
