Rather than trying to push down on the slide lock the manual states to rack the slide. It isn’t a slide release.
The 7 rd mag for the shield takes some effort to seat, wish I would’ve bought a bunch of 8rd mags before the pandemic.
It's the spring in the magazine causing that. Get the magguts spring it'll be easier and adds plus 1
If you store all of your pistol magazines fully loaded, it will help with loading later! Also most defensive gun uses will rarely go past two-three rounds, although you might need all seven. Do not miss.
Too lazy to shave down my slide release. Slingshot gang!
My wife has problem loading a full magazine on her sig. so she just drops a round in her chamber and puts a full magazine in.
