Well done on doing the 100 days Nadia. You're right so much in our society revolves around it. I haven't really drunk too often since having my kids. I have a parent who had major alcohol issues through my teens and I think it's made me open my eyes. I also couldn't afford to drink these days 😄😄. Really well done xxx

Have to say my daughter's mother in law is teetotal and she looks really old for her age! So you don't always look young if you you don't drink 😐

I am struggling with trying to lose weight as I have severe mobility issues and depression but you have inspired me to try and if I have a blip day I start again . When l stopped drinking cause of my gallbladder operation, 5 months, cause the pain was so bad, learnt so much, l have choices if l feel like, if not no drama, this counselor I've been seeing thanks to you guys help me to get that help and to realise that I have a choice and I can do it for me thanks Nadia Mark, might be ocean apart boy you have changed my life

Ahhhhh nads I am so so proud of you ! You did it 💃🏻💃🏻 ! You have got to do what is right for you , no one has any right to tell you what to do with it ..only you 💛 as you said you are at a different part of your life now ! After not drinking the beginning of the year I definitely have cut down on alcohol which I am proud of ! As you know how mad I was before 😂 ! Something about a hangover free Sunday morning it feels amazing 💛

Recently been watching your series on mental health, anxiety and alcoholism. I really appreciate your sharing. Definitely relate to the anxiety and depression part but think I’ve only realised I have this quite recently. High functioning and come across as someone who copes well. Your series is adding to my awareness. Also, just wondered if you have read the book by Sarah Wilson “first, we make the beast beautiful” about living with anxiety. Definitely recommend it. My dad was an alcoholic my whole life and died at the age of 58 3 years ago from throat cancer caused by the alcohol he was diabetic and for the last 10 years of his life reduced to sitting in a chair so disabled from multiple strokes( again due to the alcohol) he had no life. I've drunk in my teens and 20s but 5 years ago I decided to not drink again. Everyone's different and i think it's all about why you drink. Well done Nadia 100 days is a massive achievement x

I absolutely love you both. Mark don’t feel so down about Nadia being able to have a drink, look at it like she deserves a treat. You can tell she is crazy about you and your daughters and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else than in comfy pj’s getting excited over cushions, ingredients and the Kardashian’s Hahaha. I’m the exact same but once in a while it’s nice to have a wine w girlfriends and most of the time we talk about how much we love our kids. You both are mad about each other, give Nadia credit 💞 xx
I am lucky in a way. I'm allergic to alcohol. I have never been drunk and I'm 44. One sip and I feel like I'm going to die :( I even had a scary reaction to echinacea drops and kombucha.

I stopped drinking when I divorced and so became a single mum (ex moved back to UK) - shame as wine etc is so cheap here in France lol I never said I would never have another drink but I can't remember the last time I had one. BUT I still smoke and wish I could give that up as easily.

Wow I didn’t have a clue you had a problem with drink as your always so chirpy and happy Well done my son has gone past the 100 day mark and I know it’s so hard more so for you I would imagine being in the public eye and having to socialise. My problem is with food they both can be so damaging long term. Wishing you all the best good luck xx

Well done Nadia! I rarely drink as I get such bad hangovers but not even I could go 100 days without at least one! You have done so well. I have a big family and about six years ago I got rid of my tumble dryer and started using this from Lakeland It is amazing and uses hardly any electricity. Clothes smell much better too. I love it. Well done! I stopped because of finances (wine is $30 in Singapore). It seemed like such a huge consideration. Once I stopped, I didn't want to 'break the streak' and as Nadia said, even though I wasn't a problem drinker (1 bottle a week or under), I did feel *scared* of going back to that even though I was unsure why. I had a glass on holiday to keep my husband company and found it gave me an interrupted nights sleep. I said to my husband, 'I think I'm done with it, there doesn't seem to be any point in it'. I do find pressure from people socially in the sense that some feel awkward when I'm not drinking, I feel like carrying a banner saying 'I'm not judging anyone' and I certainly try to let it go under the radar and don't highlight the fact at all. Despite that one acquaintance even asked my husband 'how the marriage would survive! What a cheek! I'm actually more bubbly socially when I'm not drinking and I don't get the 'paranoia's' after!

Mark, I’ve often wondered, when Nadia does drink alcohol does it bother you or affect you at all if you can smell it off her or taste it off her if you kiss her? I hope that’s not too personal a question....it’s just something that struck me when thinking about the whole 100 days off thing. I think you’re both amazing and I absolutely love your channel. X

Nadia, you’ll probably find you won’t want to drink and will probably can’t drink much anyway. I was poorly a couple of years ago and didn’t drink for a long time. Because of this I have gone off the taste and don’t enjoy it anymore. You have done really well with this challenge and I think you choose wisely. Great achievement.xxxx
