    When I had insomnia I loved to take a nap in the afternoon because while lying down on my bed I did not have to fall asleep. Falling asleep was not a performance like it was at night time, so it just happened, I fell asleep, I felt like a normal human being then.

    Does napping in the day time return to normal?? I have day time insomnia,, i just cant fall asleep in the day,,
