How are the paper binder clips able to slide in behind the mirror? I thought the mirror clips would hold the mirror flush against the wall.

With those mirror clips that we used as shown in the video, the mirror actually sits almost 3/8” away from the wall which leaves plenty of room to use the binder clips.
