This is a base model Ford Maverick XL Is it worth it? I don't know, I'm not you! But I will say this is a very impressive truck for so cheap. And yes this is technically not the absolute basest model, but you can visually see AWD so it's essentially the same as the FWD version. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

Base should be no grill shutters, power windows, power doors locks, automatic transmission, electric parking brake, tablet, rear camera, A/C, radio, no 4 doors, etc. We all did it in the past and enjoyed what we had on a new vehicle.
My active grill shutters cost me $1000CAD to replace on a truck with 70000km (roughly 35k miles). The truck is only 4 years old. The extra .5mpg savings I got went straight back to the dealership, and the eco friendly tech went right into the land fill.

I ordered a bare bones XL + tow hitch + spare wheel. The 2023 Maverick comes with cruise control.
I will happily pay out of pocket for all enhancements and upgrades. No interest on creature comforts, delights for me.

Ahh yes, a $20k $40k truck
Sport mode is available on most vehicles, very helpful for mountain descents as it allows you to keep a lower gear. Also this truck is less than a second off of a Raptors 0-60. Any car enthusiast reviewer has noted this engine rips. Only truck you can buy that is fast and people won’t assume you have a small PP

Ford stopped taking orders for the Maverick because they're about to raise prices. Mexican auto workers formed new unions that can now demand higher wages and benefits. Ford will continue taking orders after they raise prices.

your title is "whats included on the $20,000 base maverick". a note says msrp is $25,000. you added AWD for $3,000. i want to know what is included in a $20,000 truck without msrp of $25,000 and NO options. Ford advertised this truck with a $20,000 base price, not an msrp of $25,000. its IMPOSSIBLE to buy one for $20,000. FORD LIED and lost me as a customer.
It is incredibly difficult to get the full base model, you are correct, but for the function of this review AWD is something that isn't visually seen, so apart from that, this is everything included in the base model. Ford didn't outright lie, but I agree they did use very manipulative marketing tactics. They must've known everyone would want that $20,000 model and it is the hardest one to get at the time of writing this.

@AlphaShark My family is from Iraq, and when I went to college in New York, Christians would say 'Convert them or kill them'. Then the USA killed 2 million people under the Bush family. A Christian army went to Iraq and killed 2 million people, who they viewed as not followingthe same god. It's not just Christianity, it's Islam, too. In the Quran it says to share your religion. I'm in the USA, and I respect people who are Christian or Jewish or Muslims, but when you mention it, it's polarizing. It's a car review video. It takes away from the matter at hand.
