as someone who still does LOVE Rick and Morty the new voice actors for Both Rick and Morty are Great and they do sound on point and Season 7 is also Great and the episodes are great Rick vs Rick Prime to the Spaghetti episode to the Season premiere where there they help Mr.Poopybuthole to it's DARK Season Finale
I'd rate the new season to Rick and Morty an 8 out of 10
it may seem different but it's still good

I love our German synchros, the industry is great and there are for instance some South park episodes that are funnier in German, but to me Rick and Morty is just 1000 times less funny in German! English is the faster language and all the fast rambling as well as all the jokes that lean on the language itself (rickdiculous) just don't work in German. Plus: to me Justin Roiland is just ome of the funniest and most talented voice actor for comedy under the sun! His drunk imporv is just on another level.
You think about 4 of the 10 episodes were mediocre, but that season as a whole is 'pretty great'? That doesn't make sense to me. I agree with you about the 2-3 very good, maybe even great episodes, but none of the others are better than decent. I agree too many seem lazy and recycled, and some of the ones that don't aren't good. The "Total Recall" parody episode was fucking stupid, with Morty annoying, pointlessly repeating "open your mind!". It's a new parody, but not funny. And of course "Rise of the Numbericons" is far and away the worst episode of the series. An awful Star Wars parody with tedious number puns.
it's different, and it's not good, but neither have the last two seasons before this, i couldn't figure out why the quality of the show suffered, chalking it up to covid disruptions or writers/animators leaving, until the justin thing hit, then it all made sense. the new new crew are doing admirable work, but it's a shell of it's old self, and just not excellent, or worth my time any more. just one guys opinion. party on.

Season 7 is great and the addition of the new voice cast it feels so different I mean that in a good way
