    Does this fix the problem because I was told I had minor scoliosis its not a major curve at all... they told me to do yoga and exercises 😊

    Hi, I just wanted to ask something. My dad and a lot of other family members have scoliosis and my dad thinks I have it too and I'm really worried. Sorry for my English, I'm 12 and it's not my first language.

      hey I found out I had minor scoliosis at age 17 or 18, its not something to be worried about and I live a happy life doing yoga, lifting weights and lots more, I quite like my 1 curvy hip now haha! Get to see your doctor and ask to be referred for an x-ray. At 12 years old there are preventative measures you could do to help as you continue to grow or even some chiropractor or physiotherapist exercises you could do too :)
