    Thank you Christine for all of these videos on yoga with scoliosis. I knew if I found an instructor who had scoliosis, they’d be better prepared to show the proper positions for people with structural limitations. Thank you again! Namaste

    thankyou so much for this video i love your exercises you really helped me combat double thoracis scoliosis lumbar pains early in the morning stiff back and lower back pain thankyou :-) i use your videos every night now

    Hi Christine, I’m 7 years post-fusion surgery to correct a right thoracic C-curve now my Cobb angle is less than 15 degrees. I’m fused T7 to L3 I did this practice for the first time this evening and afterwards my left shoulder was really stooped down! I’m not sure what happened. I had a little pain but did a few toe touches and my shoulders went back to normal. I promise I’m ok but maybe I’ll avoid this particular exercise! Do you have a wind-down video for spinal fusion please?

      Hi Holly, I would really have to see you in the yoga poses to be able to comment. You might just have to modify a few things from this practice.     Im suffering from sciatica and spinal stenosis. My spine is c shaped. Can I adopt this yoga practices?

      The best thing to do is work with someone 1:1 until you feel confident!

    shouldn't you have. your elbows on the ground so that you're shoulders aren't reaching upward
