how if I have a severe left thoracolumbar curve? can I still safely do this movement for the right thoracic curve?
I don't really understand that, why I have to make some space for my left side when my right side is weaker that the left? I have right thoracic scoliosis so my right side is worse than left and I need to train muscles to 'hold' my spine, right?
@xcheonsaxx if u look at ur x-ray u will see that ur ribs on ur left are kind of close together, whilst the ribs on the right open up causing u to have the rib hump on the right.....
So when you doing the exercises u basically need to stretch more on the left to open up the ribs that are closing.....so wat u need to do is stretch and strengthen, stretch the left side there by creating more space and strengthen the right muscles because there weak.......

I have right thoracic curve..It became apparent several months later when I went to the gym..Is the main reason of this curve incorrect exercises?Right side of my chest is forward as if bone is much bigger than on the other side..
