Omg Bro! I have seen so many videos on cutting and fat burning like AthleanX, Buff Guys, Tarun Gill, etc. But seriously you are the best so faaar!!. You found me my solution for stalling and stubborn fat. I am suck in a big rut of not burning my belly anymore. I have mde changes to my exercises and started doing more calisthenics. But your last segment made soo much sense. I was doing HIIT cardio for 5 mins only due to my asthma. Now I will change it a little and increase my time slowly on the treadmill and elliptical. Thank you so much for your indigenous ideas. Sachi bro dimaag mei baat abh sehi mei ghussi hai lol
