Great information dear God bless you, pls I call the consular if I can’t schedule for an interview online, because I have trying the response has been that there’s no appointments available
For a spousal visa they will reach out to you on when to come for the interview. A letter will be sent to your email. You can also call them to get more information.

Yea you have to print out your conversations as proof of your relationship. I doubt they go through your social media.

When you get to the interview and the consular asks explain honestly what happened. And bring something to back it up.
WhatsApp is end to end encrypted na... nobody can check ur WhatsApp... its absolutely impossible...they can check ur social media posts if ur account isn't set on private... but no one can view ur inbox chats.. its also impossible..

Hello, I wasn’t able to get the WhatsApp group link, but you can go on Nairaland forum. Search whatsapp CR1 you will see other people adding their numbers to be added in the group. You might get lucky and be added.

Pls how long did it take to get your interview letter? I am pregnant and in USA and hoping my husband can make it to the delivery. It is our first baby. I have asked for expedite but they have denied it. Dont know what else to do.
I waited 9 months. This was in 2020. Might be faster now. So sorry to hear that. Hopefully he gets his interview letter soon.

Hello can one do the medicals a month before the interview date given? I need an urgent response thanks.
Ma’am, I don’t know if you have a month, the time I was sent my interview letter and my interview date wasn’t up to a month and the same day I got the letter I booked my appointment with the hospital. If the date you were given is more than a month to the date you received the letter. You should call the embassy customer care to ask. I really can’t say if you can do the medicals a month before your interview. Most of these test results expire. So I can say.

I mean you just said spouse right? Yes you are in a relationship you communicate. If the relationship is over after filing CR1, I advise just quit. Because you would need to upload more information at the NVC stage. And more pictures and evidence you guys are together. If you pass through that phase and you get your 2 yrs green card. You will need to go back to immigration to extend your green card and if both of you are not together I don’t know how that would work. So yeah 🤷♀️

No don’t change his name. Print out the screenshots of the chat like that. I saved my husband’s name with this emoji 🌏❣️ and I took the screenshots like that and printed out. So there is no need to change your husband’s name to get WhatsApp calls and chats

Do not panic, just have your document intact and answer only what they ask you (unless other wise with a "good" reason) at the port of enter, but if I were you, don't carry along, things might delay your processing and government at the entering port like : raw/fried meat, vegetables, cash (I think more the $10.000).
Provided your document is genuine....... no problem. best of luck. and welcome to US

Yes she can file for you, but I can guarantee you won’t be going in January. There is a lot of process to CR1 visa . You can check my video on how I filed my CR1 visa
