Okay I LOVE this easy routine and I really felt it in my arms at about 4 mins. I had to pause for a few seconds before continuing since I'm just starting this year getting into work outs more often. So far I've done 15-30 min walks or workouts for at least 3 days for the past 3 weeks! I'm so proud of myself for that! To some its a silly and small achievement. But to me its huge! I've got way too lazy over the recent years and need to give myself a workout schedule to improve my overall health, mind and also most importantly drop a few clothing sizes!!

I started your arms, and butt & thighs workouts today.. These 3-5min workouts are just what I needed.
I never exercise except for when I have to walk when running errands. Last night was my first attempt at workout.
For some reason I chose to do the 20 minute full body workout video I first found. I wasn't too picky, I just wanted to start working out.
It would've went well cause 5mins in, I feel like I could still do more, but halfway through the workout, I stopped to vomit. My stomach reacted so bad. I guess waiting for one hour after eating dinner was not enough.. I felt like a failure and called it a night.
Luckily, when I woke up this morning, I came across your short workout videos. I gave it a try and was happy to finish one workout. It made me feel motivated again so thank you so much.
I will stick to doing arm, butt and thighs workout and i'mma put it out here just so I can stay consistent with my goal.

this hurts but ive been doing her upperbody workout, full body, and this workout everydsay ive lost 28 lbs plus eating better, i eat a filling breakfast, small snack for lunch, and whatever for dinner in only one month ive almost lost 30 lbs!! i rlly owe it all to her.

I had to use those few seconds in between each exercise to rest my arms but I was able to go each exercise without dropping :D

I wanted something to build up muscle but still looking for a routine I could do on bed so I took my 5LB dumbbells and play this video at 0.5X and boy my shoulders after that can tell you that was way better than just doing the regular x amount of push-ups a day
