I decided to try this workout since I already do your bed warm up and I don't want to get sick of Chloe thing and Emi wongs workouts, since I already do those a lot. So I decided to give your workout a chance and bby it BURNED and I really love it.
Also this had a lot of moves that I've never done or seen before really gave it that extra push and I shall thank you for this🥺💕

Each body is different and not everyone feels a burning sensation during workout.

If you wish to reduce muscle mass, you have to be in a calorie deficit. Your diet is very important, you must consume less calories than usual and eat a fewer foods that are high in proteins and carbohydrates. I would recommend more cardio based workouts like high intensity training, long distance running or maybe jogging.

Yes it helps with all lower body parts, such as lower abs, thighs, butt and legs.

There is no specific time when you need to workout, just do this consistently and you will get results! 😊

This workout alone won’t make your butt flat, make sure whilst you exercise you eat enough. You’ll lose your butt if you decrease your calorie intake. Hope this helps. 😊

How many times you feel comfortable with doing it, as long as you don’t overtrain. I normally combine my videos into a routine of 30-45 mins. I would suggest at least 2 rest days a week. Hope this helps! 💖

Thank you, I would say a lot of it is down to stretching after working out and having regular stretching sessions to increase flexibility. There is no specific routine I follow, but I can look into stretches you can do to make a video in the future. ❤️

I tracked it as 50cal burned at a heart rate between 77 and 149 BPM. Hope this helps! 🤍
What we have to eat normal dinner
That depends on your goals. 😊 If you wish to maintain your weight, you have to eat as you normally would. If you want to lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit, however if you are looking to gain weight you need to increase your calorie intake. Hope this helps.
How many sets we have to do this daily?
You can do it as much as you'd like, I recommend working out in between 30 mins - 1 hr and 30 mins a day. Also make sure you have at least 2 rest days a week. ❤️

Hey, that depends on you and many other factors like how hydrated you are for example. Some people may sweat more than usual or not at all.

I have done this for 5 days and I don't see any notorious changes... only that my legs are hard as rocks :( am I doing something wrong?
You must be doing more than just a 10 minute routine for 5 days. You need to make sure that your eating habits are healthy, you get enough sleep and hydration. I recommend working out for at least 3-4 days a week for 30 mins a day to an hour and have some rest days as well. Losing weight is a journey and it doesn’t take a few days. Keep going! 😊

No worries! 🤍 Lie on your back, with legs close together/touching one another and knees bent at a 45 degree angle. Keep your feet together at all times as you start to move your knees apart from one another. Hope this helps! ✨
