Thank you so much for this honestly I have been dealing with extreme fatigue for the past couple years but it’s only gotten worse and worse throughout the past few months and recently after getting covid the last week or so it hit me so bad and I’m constantly sleeping. When I’m not sleeping I’m just too tired to move. This really helped me a lot

i love that the intro was so short, it makes rewatching these easier since many other videos have really long intros but with this you can just start doing the work out immediately, i love ❤️

I just wanted to tell you thank you! I have a very weak core and I'm working through diastasis recti symptoms on a middle-aged body. I know all the exercises to do, but sometimes it just feels like an up hill journey when I think about abdominal work. Thank you for creating something so simple and accessible for ALL bodies.💛

I watched your channel for the first time today. I need few of your suggestions. Actually i am suffering from ligament tear of my left knee. And both knees have started paining now, even if I flex the limbs little or more. So performing excercises or aerobics or streches which requires any pressure on my knees, elevates the pain extremely. But due to this issue I am unable to follow any physical activity routine fearing the excessive pain and swelling. It would be helpful if you assure me, that doing these "in bed stretches" would not harm me. Actually speaking, I have already tried few of them once which do not require me to bend my knees. I need just few strechings in my schedule daily morning and evening to follow without stressing my knees. Thanks in advance.

As a guide it is very good to add into your daily habits at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity, so yes you could do this workout 2 or 3 times in a row.

Not many as it is a short practice. But it helps to get fit. To reduce calories, reduce calories intake
