If your neck hurts you might not be engaging your core muscles properly. Make sure you control your breathing and draw your ribs in/brace your core before you do any of the exercises.

Will bed workouts help with loosing weight cause standing workouts make me nauseous sometimes
They could, if you workout enough & go on a calorie deficit and eat a good nutritious diet. 🤍 Minimum recommended amount is 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity a week.

After how many days can we see the difference??
That depends on your diet lovely 🤍 you should exercise regularly around 3-5 days per week; around 30 mins up to 1 hour and follow a healthy nutritious diet. Keep in mind that exercise alone cannot give you results, if you are aiming to lose weight you should be in a calorie deficit. ☺️
