      I haven't been able to do sit up in years. Even doing the butterfly sit up. I couldn't get up no matter how hard I tried. Jus lifting my head with the gut and double neck in the way was a workout in its own. Hoping one day to do a proper sit up

    I'm gonna do this for one week to get that ✨glow up✨ before school starts.
    ✨Day 1: it was a little hard with a Russian twist, but i tried. If I can't do some exercise I do a plank just to not sit. And I feel so much better after a workout. ✨❤️
    P. S. Your room is soo pretty ✨🥺
    ✨Day 2: it was a little easier then yesterday, but still can't do the Russian twist 😂. I can see a little change, but it's not that visible. And to everyone who wants to get that ✨ glow up ✨ go for it! You can do it! Just do these exercises and you will see a change after some time.

    ✨Day 3: this was way easier then yesterday. The results are visible visible, but not that much.
    ✨Day 4: i didn't struggle like days before and the results are more visible.
    ✨Day 5: it was Easier and I can do everything. Better to work out with music 🎶. I can see a little change
    ✨Day 6: everything was easier with music. After 6 days it's super easy. See a little change.
    ✨Day 7: there is a change, but no abbs. Still really recommend!
    Update after a month.
    I can see those abs! Don't give up and you will get those abs. I wish everyone good luck 😁❤️

    Day 1: Lol, it was night because I was energized, it was hard but easy at first??? I still haven't see any progress yet, but I will get there! (I had to take a lot of breaks and drink some water to get my body flowing more
    Day 2: It gotten a a little easier, and I guess i kind started to feel a little better and lighter! I can't wait for day 3!!
    Day 3: My back, stomach and my thighs started burning I actually started feeling it more. I felt like I lost a bit of my waist but it was because i'm moving my body more. Drank water and started eating properly more to keep me moving! (I'm still doing it while writing this because i don't wanna forget)
    Day 4: Still the same except I lost 1 weight and my waist and back is starting to feel lighter and easier to lift. Again, I have bad breathing ability so I had to pause and stop for awhile to catch my breathe. Honestly I can't wait for day 5! Even though I'm already getting use to these exercise!
    Day 5: Same routine, no improvements yet. I was kinda sweating a lot because I did the exercise to fast on accident because I was in a hurry but yeah. My back is starting to feel SOO much better!
    Day 6: My body was burning and I still haven't seen improvements yet but I know I was still doing slow progress. I barely ate that day but I am still doing well on the daily routine
    Day 7: I was so exhausted because I barely got sleep I almost forgot to do it today so I kind of lacked a bit of it but I still kept doing the exercise it was still hard to do at some point but I am still not giving up

      I am glad you’re starting to find the workout easier. I love your update!! 💖 Your muscles will get stronger! Keep going and you should see visible results, please bear in mind it is different for everyone. 🤗 It could take from 2 weeks to a few months to get rid of belly fat and some big factors that play into weight loss are - your diet, how much sleep you’re getting, drinking water, having rest days (I recommend 2), managing stress levels, the overall body fat percentage in your body and genetics. But please don’t get disheartened if you don’t see instant results, it’s a journey and we have to believe in it. You got this!! ✨

    I personally love it because on her video it doesn't say "lose weight" or " do this every day and you will be super thin!" I hate those I just want something normal and fun and something that energises me! And I love this! So easy

      Oh yes, I am glad you caught up on that. I am not about quick fixes or fad diets to lose weight, because they almost never work and you put it all back once you stop doing that "do this everyday for 2 weeks and you'll be super thin" kind of videos. Balance is key, nutritious meals, getting enough hydration and exercising regularly, but also having rest days (at least 2 per week) is enough to get you started on your journey to become fit for life, not just for an event or holiday! ❤️

      You need to rest at least 2 days per week in order for your muscles to properly recover. Rest allows your muscles to recover, rebuild and grow. When you have more muscle, you'll burn more calories during rest time, which means you'll burn more calories when you do nothing essentially. That's because muscle mass in our body burns more energy than fat. Additionally, when you feel well rested, you'll be more likely to stick to your fitness routine. So yes, not resting can have a negative impact during your health & fitness journey.

    Day 1: this was super fun! Very straightforward and enjoyable
    Day 2: still going strong, I like this workout!
    Day 3: starting to see a small difference in my abs!
    Day 4: it’s starting to get easier and I’m really having fun!
    Day 5: seeing more difference in my stomach!
    Day 6: my stomach is much flatter now :D still having a lot of fun with the workout!
    Day 7: my abs are now much more defined, I really like this workout! Gonna keep doing it :D

    I really appreciate these exercises being done from the bed. 5 months ago I had a very bad accident and broke my left knee and shattered my right heel. I’ve gained so much weight and am so unhappy. My body still hurts and does t move the same way it used to. I’m unable to get on the floor and get back up on my own. This is so helpful. Thank you!!

    2/02/21: going to hopefully carry this on for most days! i'll update with results, thanks for this workout :) 100% the best one i have ever watched!
    7/02/21: results are showing through! i've adapted my diet too, cutting out junk food. however i do use friday as a day to let loose, pain is gain but remember to not put yourself through too much pain
    23/02/21: i've also started doing one of the 10 min workouts as well, i cannot encourage this anymore than i already do like the results are amazing, i've never felt so comfortable in my body!
    2/03/21: a whole month has past and i'm so happy with the results

    I’m not even joking I did this before I went to bed, I got results over night! When I woke up to do my morning work out I could tell my stomach looked tighter. This is a small workout but definitely do not under estimate this work out! You got this!

    one of the BEST workout vids i've seen , i'm gonna try to use this whenever i can && in case i don't do my other workouts during the day cuz sometimes i'm pretty busy && my other workouts are longer && more complicated so yea !! so far , i love it ! it's my first time doing this workout && i'm so so excited to do this workout again !! it's perfect , i love how it's a bed workout && only 5 mins but u can definitely feel the burn during && after the workout so that's a good sign !! thank u so much !! ur truly a life saver !! keep up the good work ♡

    Just getting back into having a fitness routine I've gone from hardcore 12 gym classes a week to nothing in the past 4yrs and it's crazy how unfit I am despite having a very active job. These little 5min videos are great for non gym days but man that was waaaaay harder than it should've been.

    Your bed workouts are great!! No small talk just pure workout or the stretching! Also the Timer with the countdown is simple yet so beneficial as I sometime let the videos play a second time but do some more exercises just to have the 30 sec plus the countdown timer. Thanks to you I work out stretch at all!!! Cudos for the idea and execution 💫👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

    This works so well! My plan is to have a big glow up within 6 weeks! I needed this because I do have weight on me,but for new people doing this your lower stomach or stomach overall may hurt because you might of not done these exercises in forever so just be aware of the pains

    Girl, i had a very hard time balancing on my bed while doing these exercises. Honestly, i think that provides an even better work out. It's my first time trying in and even though i struggled, my abs do hurt haha. I'll be trying to keep a constant routine with this work out.

    I loved everything about this workout! I loved the background music. It was so relaxing, yet so motivating! My room was always small and I to had to workout on my bed. I never loved long workouts concentrating on just one area, and I never felt the burn . In this , I felt every movement in my core. And just to let you know guys, in bed it's way more competitive than the floor mat. I'll do this workout everyday for the next couple of weeks following with a clean diet. I'll try updating

    I’m loving these workouts, and also the music choices! other workouts usually have songs with lyrics and when I repeat the workouts it’s sooo annoying to hear lol ,, but this one I can listen to over and over! 😊

    I am a year postpartum and haven't done any abs excerises since finding out I was pregnant. 🙃 all I can say is 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I felt it. Could barely keep up!!. Everything burned EXTRA hard. I'm going to keep trying though!! See this video again tomorrow. 😊🤗🤗🤗

    This is amazing!! I have been doing this workout for about 1 week or something and man its life changing! I am actually really laxzy and dont like to get off my bed and this video just burns my stomach in 5 minutes?!?!? You just need to control your movements and breath and this will be worth it trust me i went from fat to a bit flat and i honestly see results in just a week! I have tried Chloe Ting and Lilly Sabri and so far you are my fav then Lilly n at the end Chloe because chloe has just huge videos amd takes a lot of time where as yours and Lilly sabri's are only 5-10 min a day!     This workout is so good! I am super busy girl with a little free time. I have school, driving licese drives, home responsibilities and friends and I am sure I have free time only in 6.50 - 7.00 am. So this is perfect workout to do in bed before school (to do something on the morning and just in case I won't have time later). Thank you Dayana!!!

    It takes time to see progress. I take breaks and do them every other day or so because I’m not as consistent and my abs tend to hurt a little. But I see a difference, 3 weeks in. 💪🏾
