Up at 2 am feeling guilty because i didnt workout. Got 45 mins worth of bed workouts in and im feeling much better and a little less bloated! ❤❤❤ All without waking up the hubby ❤

I love all your bed workouts, I've been wanting to train my body for a long time and having a short workout to do befor going to sleep is perfect for me❤ thank you sooo much. I have a question: I've been doing your workouts for a few days now and I was wondering wether it was normal not to feel soar musclle the day after the workout, or maybe I"m doing something wrong?
i know this comment is kinda old but just wanted to say to always tense the muscles you’re using to actually get any benefit and toning !! or it could be that you’ve gotten used to this kind of work out already, if so you can always do it more intensely, like go from 30sec each to 45 or 60sec !!

DEC 20th 2023-✅ I should mention I did this in my for for the Russian twist I made it low impact but everything else I did! Workout is very hard I do recommend water every singe break and I will update y’all tmrw and btw Christmas Eve and Christmas I will skip!

Make sure you engage your muscles properly and your back won’t hurt, also if you have any medical condition you’ll need to get professional advice on what exercise you can do. 😊

I felt the intensity from this one... i felt like my neck and abs were dying 🤣🤣
You shouldn’t feel your neck dying, maybe try and stick your tongue on the roof of your mouth when you use your core to exercise or pretend you are holding an apple under your chin. You shouldn’t feel any type of pain or tension in the neck. Hope this helps. 😊
