Last year on a caravan site, I was awoken by the couple in the adjacent pitch 'hoovering' at early o'clock in the morning. It sounded like they were struggling to push it mind you, the amount of moaning they were doing. Carpets must have been filthy, it took them bloody ages! I can do mine in a couple of minutes! Brilliant vlog, I think that's the first time I've seen Shaun blush! Take care guys, stay safe & have a great week.

You’re getting me in trouble now because my silent-laughing is making the bed shake and waking up the other-half 😂😂. Love the shot of Shaun kissing Otis ... awwww! 💕Because we live near the canal and walk our dogs there the strangest thing we’ve seen in the canal was a TIGER! One of those massive, life-like stuffed tigers. Someone chucked it the canal and it scared me to death because it was floating just like it was alive/swimming. It was around for *ages* and I nearly wrote about it because it was having adventures .... one day it was ‘swimming’ in the canal, the next someone had pulled it out and put it on a branch in a tree. A few days later it would be ‘hiding’ in the undergrowth, then sunbathing on a bridge. And it went on and on until one sad day someone had absolutely shredded it, ripped all it’s stuffing out and scattered it all along the canal. I literally nearly cried 😱😳 As a child we also lived near a canal and the strangest thing my dad found was a drunken man at night, and my dad dived in and saved him. I still remember the local Bobby coming to the house while my dad was still wrapped in dressing gown and towels, sitting down to ask his questions and saying ‘yes, thank you John I’ll have a double whiskey’ 😂😂 #differenttimes. Thank you for making me laugh - wonderful filming and editing as always, Colin, and fantastic music. You said the word cake too ... (*Shaun’s white chocolate cake??? C’mon, it’s nearly Easter! 💕) xxxxx 😘😘

We traveled around the states full time in an RV for years and loved it. Typically spent 3 weeks in one spot and then moved on to the next. I 've wished many times, since finding the narrowboat vlogs, that we had canals in the states. I'd be on the water in a heartbeat.

You know its not just the high quality of production, your presentation or even the historical interest which keeps me watching your channel, but also the intellectual stimulus. I had never considered nocturnal matrimonial activity (I appreciate it doesn't have to be nocturnal or matrimonial) and vacuuming within the same thought. Obviously you have to be careful not to mix up partners, vacuuming with a loved one is probably not efficient and you could do yourself a nasty injury in bed with a vacuum cleaner, especially an upright. Keep vlogging.

I remember him too, but the question was do we ever feel unsafe. Well, he was an opportunist and that could have happened to anyone, anywhere, in house, boat, or wherever. We didn't feel unsafe in any way because there was no damage, he didn't get anything, and it was Colin that made HIM feel unsafe when he caught up with him 100 yards down the towpath 😂

Another crack boys. We bought our 65ft beauty in Oct last year with the sole intention of living full time on her, what with lockdown 2 and 3 we've only just been able to make the move onboard 2 weeks ago, albeit marina dwellers due to work, loving every minute so far. Foxes Afloat have been a massive part of that journey and education, been watching pretty much from when you started, and can't wait for 4 o'clock on a thursday now. Always impressed by the production quality you both put into your vids. Tea would have been spat out everywhere this week, soooo funny, great to see Shaun back on full form

I think the fish tank would be for a keen photographer who wants to photograph kingfishers. They would catch small fish and put then inside so the kingfishers can see them. Then they would set up their camera knowing that they would get that photo of the bird diving in. Great video boys.

You said that one of the strangest things you've seen in the canal was a fish tank. Well the strangest thing I ever heard about was when one of the divers went down to the titanic wreck and he was amazed that the swimming pool was still full of water :) :)
