Sir it is not possible to build muscles if we lack our necessary nutrition right? So sir my question is how to know wheather we are having a adequate amount of nutrition from our foods to achieve that desire goals for our body or is it a trial and error method that first we need to look into our body for a month, that how it responds to our daily nutrition and if we don't get any results or if we are over eating then we need to add/remove little more from our food and make observations and see it.
