    Sir it is not possible to build muscles if we lack our necessary nutrition right? So sir my question is how to know wheather we are having a adequate amount of nutrition from our foods to achieve that desire goals for our body or is it a trial and error method that first we need to look into our body for a month, that how it responds to our daily nutrition and if we don't get any results or if we are over eating then we need to add/remove little more from our food and make observations and see it.
    Is this how it works.

    Sir how much rest should we take some say less then 60 sec, some 1min-3min or 5 min and some even say it depends upon your recovery,the moment u feel u have recovered from your previous set u can go for the next set
