    Do leg raises with flutter kicks when your legs moving towards the ground, it will benefit more

    Lateral raise me progessive overload kaise kre 1 set 2.5kg se 15 reps lgate h 2nd set me 5kg se 12 reps and 3rd set me 7.5kg se 10 reps agar iske bad 10kg se lagaye toh form compromise hoti h

    BUT,don't u think on leg day hip thrust isn't required before squat and may not be required for the session (for beginners) cuz squats equally trains glutes and quads

      Many beginners do squats in a way where they don’t feel the load in glutes at all. their squat is quad dominant, where all the impact is felt in quads. Movement like hip thrusts (before squats)helps in connecting to the muscle while doing squats afterwards, because of the increased blood flow in the area.

      @@MINDWITHMUSCLE yeah,what u said about anatomy is true(for those who have short femurs).but try to think ,for a beginner sqaut is a major lift(and other compound lifts also),by doing hip thrust before squats is like doing tricep exercises before bench press.
      I think u can understand my point if you've studied fairly on muscular anatomy and scheduling any workout program.
      A good tip would be for the begginer who can't engage his/her glutes (although short femur lads don't experience that much how u said for glutes engagement) To hip thrust as a warm-up not a proper workout in the session as you've included.
      And that'll be enough.

      I forgot to add one thing
      If u want to add hip thrust because of ur statement (although squat takes pretty much care for begginer)
      Then,add hip thrust or any glute dominant movement after squat,
      Again,chees👍

    Bhai meine aapki video dekh kar gym start kiya hai... sab sahi chal raha hai...Apki video bhaut helpful hai mere liye
    Bas bhai ek help chahiye.... Workout ke baad full day kya food intake kar ghar ke khane ke sath ....agar woh bata do toh bhaut hii badhiya. Agar iss par video apne bana rakhi hai toh uska link share kar dena bhai.

    Acha bhai aik chez puchni thi jawab lazmi dena hy, banda regularly same time per GYM nahi ja sakta masroofiyat aesi hoti hy k aksar chuti krni par jati hy m aik beginner hu to m last maheeny sy ap ki first three weeks wali exercises kr raha hu but dermiyan mai gap aa jata hy kabhi aik uppar body wala din reh jata hy kabhi lower ka to kia dubara sy three weeks ginu ya bs ab 4th per aa jau........?

    Sir agr 20 kg se 12 reps kra jaye jisme last 4 reps with supprt ho..fir next week same weights se fir 12 reps lagaye ..but without support..so kya wo progressive oberload me count hoga ??

      Beginners ko apne aap ko itna push karne ko zaroorat nahi ke last 4 reps mein support leni parhe. Weight kam karo bar pe

      Try dead hang because it increases forearm and Grip strength after 1 week try negative pull ups(get a table and grip a bar and up ur body by jump then try to hold it on top ) if it's tough add scapula pulls.

      Protien shake is not artificial. Protien shake only gives 25 grams of protien, rest 100 grams of protien you anyway have to take from food. If you don't maintain your calories you will loose weight.
