BUT,don't u think on leg day hip thrust isn't required before squat and may not be required for the session (for beginners) cuz squats equally trains glutes and quads
Many beginners do squats in a way where they don’t feel the load in glutes at all. their squat is quad dominant, where all the impact is felt in quads. Movement like hip thrusts (before squats)helps in connecting to the muscle while doing squats afterwards, because of the increased blood flow in the area.
@@MINDWITHMUSCLE yeah,what u said about anatomy is true(for those who have short femurs).but try to think ,for a beginner sqaut is a major lift(and other compound lifts also),by doing hip thrust before squats is like doing tricep exercises before bench press.
I think u can understand my point if you've studied fairly on muscular anatomy and scheduling any workout program.
A good tip would be for the begginer who can't engage his/her glutes (although short femur lads don't experience that much how u said for glutes engagement) To hip thrust as a warm-up not a proper workout in the session as you've included.
And that'll be enough.

If u want to add hip thrust because of ur statement (although squat takes pretty much care for begginer)
Then,add hip thrust or any glute dominant movement after squat,

Try dead hang because it increases forearm and Grip strength after 1 week try negative pull ups(get a table and grip a bar and up ur body by jump then try to hold it on top ) if it's tough add scapula pulls.

Protien shake is not artificial. Protien shake only gives 25 grams of protien, rest 100 grams of protien you anyway have to take from food. If you don't maintain your calories you will loose weight.
