In this video I have talked about 6 Exercises Beginners Should Avoid. They should never do these exercises in gym as beginners are not aware about correct technique and posture. Along with that, their muscles are also not flexible and strong enough to be able to adapt to any kind of workout. Therefore, they should initially focus on basics and once they become intermediate they can then perform these.

I did all this exercise as a beginner under trainer's supervision and did faced any injuries but yeah i agree this ones are quite difficult specially upright row and reverse machine shoulder press too
