I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    Split should be:-
    First day - Leg
    Second day - Push
    Third day - Pull
    Fourth day - Leg
    Fifth day - Push
    Sixth day - Pull
    Seventh day - Rest
    A single muscle should be train twice a week for better results.
    And don't forgot protein rich diet after gym training.

    I cannot take the pre workout meal because I had coaching before gym and after gym also
    But i had lunch around 2 :00 pm
    And go to gym at 5:00 pm

    Thank you for your guidance Sir, Yes it's really true that as a beginner I have faced this problem in gym from last 4 months as what to do and how to do as trainers also don't guide bcoz of they ask us for PT.     STRETCHING (full body stretching)
    Then
