In this video, I have shared 3000 calories Muscle Building Diet For College Students. Usually students are confused as to how the diet can be managed during college days. This is full day of eating that I have shown here. You have to be in calorie surplus but how you can manage your meals is something very important which is shown here.
MEAL 1 - 7:00 AM (280 cal)
200ml milk
1 banana
10 almonds
MEAL 2 - 8-8:30 AM (590 cal)
50gm Oats ( raw weight)
120gm Paneer
MEAL 3 - 11:30AM (480 cal)
50gm roasted gram
50gm raw peanuts
MEAL 4 - 2-2:30PM (314 cal)
1 scoop whey protein
1 apple
2 bread slices
MEAL 5 - 4-4:30PM (390 cal)
6 egg whites or 75gm chickpeas (raw weight)
250gm white rice (cooked plate)
1 bowl green vegetables
1 quarter cucumber salad
MEAL 6 - 8PM (190 cal)
1 Scoop whey protein
250gm boiled potato (cooked weight)
MEAL 7 - 10PM (530 cal)
250gm chicken or 50gm soya chunks or 2 bowl green moong dal
1 bowl green vegetables
3-4 chapatis
MEAL 8 - 11PM (150 cal)
200ml milk
1 spoon honey

4. 1 bowl of vegetable
5. 1 quater plate salad
Calories: 390
Meal 6: (8:00 - 8:30 PM Post workout)
1. 01 scoop of whey
2. 250g of boiled potato
Calories: 190
Meal 7: (10:00 PM)
1. Chicken breast - 250g
2. Soya chuck - 50g
3. 1 bowl of green vegetable
4. Roti
Calories: 530
Meal 8: (11:00 PM)
1. Milk with 1 scoop of honey
Calories: 150
Total calories: 2924
This is useless, 4 meals are enough and maximum is 5 more than that is just a waste of time and money.
@@Abhay_Thakur.01 if you are 50 kg, then 80gm of protein is good and you can have 4 meals including 20 gm of protein in each meal.
1. Milk+oat+banana
2. Rice + 100 gm chicken or 50 gm soya chunks + some veggies
3. 3-4 eggs boiled/fried
4. Whatever you feels good but not a bad carbs with 20-25 gm of protein.
And try to keep atleat 3-4 hours gap for every meal.
Note- carbs are equally important to protein 👍👍 you can have your meal in any order but add 20-25 gm protein in every meal with good source of carbs and veggies 🔥🔥
