It's been over 10 years I started watching health and fitness channels on CZcams. This one is by far THE BEST you can find to not only educate but bust a lot of myths. Wish it was there a decade ago so that i could learn what I did by hitting the wall repeatedly.

always measure raw. cause cooked food also contains water, masalas, vegetables and ghee due to which you will never find the right weight and hence screwup your calorie count.
