4. Inspect the roof.

Second, a sunroof can hide a small device inside the retraction slot so if your vehicle has a sunroof it would be wise to search that area for a wireless GPS tracker.
5. Under the hood

You missed many important areas. You MUST also remove all interior panels e.g. door cards, pillar trim, headliner and check. Also remove the dash as there is plenty of space in there. There is an ad where the person puts the GPS IN the petrol tank so drain that and use a camera to check. Note that this should be done on a weekly basis as it takes only a few seconds or minutes to hide a GPS. STAY SAFE!!! Also wear dark glasses.

so real time GPS trackers are actually designed with a motion sensor to save battery life. What does that mean? After 2 minutes of no movement the live GPS tracking device goes into a sleep mode. Therefore, a bug detector would not be able to detect it!

I doubt anyone tracking you has the time to hide it in places this complex. If it is hidden in areas like these, it's probably put on there from your finance company in case you default on the loan. They just want their car back is all. Do you really think they are servicing the car after you sign all the paperwork and are waiting in the lobby to drive away? Hell nah lol. We putting a tracking device on it. Now I would worry if it was an AirTag or a Tile. Because that tells me that someone is tracking YOU because they intend to do harm to you, or take your ride.
And before anyone spits legal crap at me, just note that if the device is in the contract, but not told to you by mouth, it's legal. It's your job to read the contract, not ours to read it to you. If you sign, it's all legal and allowed to be on the car.
