GPS tracker detectors can't locate devices such as SpaceHawk. Why? Because the real time GPS tracking system is designed with a motion sensor. This is important because the vehicle tracker goes into a sleep mode (hibernation mode) when the vehicle is not moving. This makes the mini GPS tracker impossible to detect!

so real time GPS trackers are actually designed with a motion sensor to save battery life. What does that mean? After 2 minutes of no movement the live GPS tracking device goes into a sleep mode. Therefore, a bug detector would not be able to detect it!
