For those not familiar with Phil Mushnick, he’s the heir apparent to a sports writer, named Dick Young, who used to go on about how they’re “Ruining my America”. As if the country should conduct itself according to his exact specifications. That said, Phil has a right to take a Bow about Vince.

Except when all you do is write overtly (almost cartoonishly) negative columns saying everything is corrupt, scum, etc. When you finally stumble across one that is legit, it doesn’t come off as being insightful or impressive. Just comes across as “well I guess you were eventually gonna hit one at some point”

In what way is it a total scam? If you play on a reputable site, they have provably fair games and get audited by regulators.
I've been making a healthy profit playing poker online for 20 years and I know plenty of other good, and even only decent, poker players who make profit consistently.
The truth of poker is that 90% of players lose money. And if you think its a scam, its because you are one of those in the 90%, you are bad at poker.
The only scam is the advertising that makes people think they can start playing poker without any knowledge or study and win money.

Pat Patterson was not “wrongly maligned.” Tom Cole credibly accused Pat of sexual harassment & sexual assault.

Pat is not clearly innocent.
Jim needs to go and watch Roddy Piper’s last shoot interview (where he gets flustered talking about Pat Patterson) and then we’ll see how he feels about ol’ Pat.

Roddy wanted to get another paypay keep the bridge open. Sometimes as an abused person myself you don't always expect the where and when it's going to come out but then u see the reaction and you want it to go away u regret telling. Yet for Roddy it was so much more magnified being as famous as he was, the situation he was in with who he was exposing and his masculinity thing he had going on especialy his generation & personality.

Ehh, I'm generally skeptical about these kinda gestures but I think it was organised by the American cancer society, I'm sure if they didn't like it or wanted something else they would have said so. I don't think you need to really "raise awareness" anymore to breast cancer but I guess it's about keeping their cause in the public eye so people don't forget, rather than a 1 time donation. What boggles my mind is how judgemental people are being towards others in VKMs circle who we have no idea what they knew from what they didn't. So not only are you judging these people from a point of ignorance but also a point of hypocrisy because how many of us know someone who has broken the law who does something without a permit that they should have, the guy in the neighborhood who sells weed, etc there are a lot of reasons why people in different circumstances choose to be blind to things that are not their business.
