I have currently employed this specific *2WeightLossFast. Com* for several weeks by now as well as the results are incredible. They give me a lot of strength as well as reduce my desire for foods, yet I do NOT quit when they wear off which I really like, and they also don`t make me jittery. I haven`t changed anything else I`m doing and also have lost 7 lbs. .

Hey, watch your words. That's not nice to say. You don't know how much trouble it is to be fat. And it doesn't necessarily have to be with what you eat and drink. Some people are born fat, and it can be nearly impossible for them to lose weight. If I'm going to lose weight, I have to starve myself. And if I eat for example one carrot a day and lose weight, I can't go back to eat normal and healthy. If I eat what you eat, I will become fat because of the way my body works. So just shut up and don't talk about things you clearly know nothing about!

as a recovering eating disorder survivor this video isn't too great. the mirror one will make you develop body dysmorphia and make you feel upset at yourself. i would just say to watch what you eat and dont worry about the calorie intake

I totally agree! I'm recovering from anorexia myself and alarm bells went off in my head when she suggested eating in front of a mirror. Just focus on health. Eat healthy foods, but know it's totally okay to cheat occasionally. Don't diet and stress over everything that goes in your mouth. Live a healthy lifestyle, mentally and physically.
All I eat is spicy food spicy chicken spicy fish honestly when I make it it it so hot it taste amazing!

I have medical issues that prevent me from using stairs.... just cause you cannot use them does not make you a fat ass
When I was 11 turning 12, I was overweight, and felt terrible. I am a competitive dancer, and noticed that I didn't have quite enough stamina or bounciness in my routines. I went to summer camp as I always had, but this time with the hope to lose weight. I played and did activities as much as possible and didn't have many snacks, but still allowed for 1 snack food per day. I was vegetarian while still getting protein enough protein. I lost 18 pounds in that one month at camp, stayed vegetarian for another 2 months after, and eventually lost a total of almost 30 pounds. I believe that actually, I lost the most weight because I was constantly kept busy and active, and did not have time for cravings. Busy yourself, in any way! I dance now, much healthier and glad that I did that. My metabolism went way up!
you should eat fruits for breakfast for the energy which will keep you full for longer and you wont feel the need for more food later
if your having issues with losing weight they say to stay away from fruit because it automatically turns it to sugar... so if you are having a huge issue with weight the veggies for breakie really are the way to go
Debbie McLean not the kind of sugar you think of. its fructose, not saccharose, fructose the type of sugars that diabetics can eat. fruits give more energy than veggies, which is better for the morning, if you eat veggies in the morning you might feel the need to eat more later, which could lead to a bigger calorie intake

Number 16: "Fool your brain". It is my own proven formula. When you are eating and you feel like having more or second helping a terrible craving, talk to yourself. Say " ooh I love this and I'm gonna have more just let me get this ...... done first and I'll come back to get some more". Then leave the food area immediately either go to the bathroom, or go send your pending email do whatever simple chore you were going to do later, do it now. You MUST spend "20" minutes away from the food area, out of sight. Come back clean up the dishes. Trust me you will lose the craving for second helping by now all it needs is 20 minutes pause and you will feel full.
HOW IT WORKS: Simple psychology. If you tell the truth to yourself or advised to yourself that " I shouldn't be eating any more" you will eat eventually more, because of the miserable feeling you get for stopping yourself. when you fool your brain you remain happy because you know you'll be eating later and won't miss it, but you do. TRY IT!

You will start having thoughts like thaat you have to much fat or that you eat way to much even when you don't. Even when we are not in front of the mirror we judge ourselves to much just imagine how it would be if you spent a whole meal in front of that.

placing a mirror in front of you while eating and I quote: 'so that you can be aware of every single bite that you're eating' will not help to get a healthy relationship towards yourself and eating in general.
This trick like a couple others that were mentioned will get you to maybe stop eating but not because your sated but rather because you start to feel guilty.
Tricking your mind into doing something is just sad. It definitely won't help you to understand what your body needs. I even saw this tip on proana websites when I was trying to find information for a research paper.

Emily Nicholls Try putting your phone under your water bottle when you're sitting somewhere (like watching tv or you're on the computer). If you spend a lot of time in one room in your house (like I spend in my room) take multiple water bottles or water cups there so you always have water. It's hard to start drinking more water but it gets much easier.
