SUMMARY
Ryosuke called it a long-breath diet. The technique consists of assuming a certain position, taking a three-second breath, and then a strong seven-second exhalation.
Most European doctors support the use of breathing exercises for weight loss and explain their effectiveness as follows: fat consists of oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen. When the oxygen you breathe in reaches the fat cells, it splits them into carbon and water.
THE INSTRUCTION:
• First, stand up, and push one leg forward and the other back.
• Now strain your buttocks and transfer your weight to your back foot. Yes, just like this.
• Slowly start inhaling for 3 seconds, lifting your arms above your head.
• Then exhale forcefully for 7 seconds, straining all your body muscles.
Perform this exercise every day for 2 to10 minutes.

Okay stop it. please. Its not healthy. This technique is deadly. Please eat healthy, mainly leafy veggies and cut out on sugar beverages. Thats an healthier option rather than holding your breath for two minutes straight.

What this method does is create heat in the body to cause sweat. To exhale forcefully and tensing the muscles makes you loose weight much quickly. It's like killing two birds with one stone. I love this method. Lost 3lbs in one week. I also added stretch band to this workout. Make sure you drink lots of water cause you're going to sweat

This really works - I’ve been doing this for one week and noticed my pants are a tad lighter around my waist. I would recommend slowly getting used to this - start with the 2 min a day then gradually you can go longer only because i realized I had more muscles then I realized and was really really sore…lol It goes away, but just build up to getting used to it - it does work!

OKAY GUYS,
im going to try this out, 10 minutes a day (broken up into two 5-minute session) for 14 days and will update you all at the end
..like, actually update you and not disappear like many others
i will also be including measurements too, and will keep my diet the same (i don't eat healthily but i don't eat 100% junk food either)
these are current measurements i took just now;
GENDER ; FEMALE
AGE ; 17
HEIGHT ; 170cm
WEIGHT ; 150lb/68kg (yikes, its been a while since i've weighed myself, i didnt realize i had put on so much weight over the past year)
WAIST ; 29 inches (thank you to whoever requested this btw)
so yeah, i will not weigh myself until the 14th day for optimum surprise (hopefully), and will tell you if the result is visible. If it doesnt work im gonna tell you straight-up so i hope all doubters see my future update because i'm skeptical too. wish me luck guys !

first of all, wow, i didn't realize so many people would be anticipating my results, so that's kinda cool and daunting i guess
i'm going to say the figures straight away, so those who aren't interested in the process can see what they want to see and leave.
YES I LOST WEIGHT, NO IT WASN'T A CRAZY AMOUNT.
i dropped 3 and a half lb's (1.5kg) and lost 1.5cm around the waist over (technically) 15 days.
now let me tell you all, for a simple exercise, i'm quite impressed, i really didn't expect anything. obviously i can't be too sure that it is a direct result of the exercise, but i kept my diet pretty normal and didn't do anything abnormal so..
i would also like to point out i understand why a lot of people say they will do it and never update. DOING THIS FOR TEN MINUTES IS VERY BORING. like really, i'm not a lazy person (wassup to my fellow dancers) but i had to force myself to get through it.
also, doing this will leave you feeling a bit dizzy 7/10 times, so watch out for that i guess.
do i notice a difference? yes, kind of, my lower abdomen looks slightly flatter, which is a plus. but at the same time, it's not like a magical transformation that some of you guys may have expected.
i will not be continuing to do this though, because while it's cool that a 10 minute exercise helped me slim down a bit, the exercise is so boring that i'd rather do body weight exercises (as a body-weight exercise hater, thats saying something)
so yeah, that's all i think. if anyone has anymore questions feel free to ask.

OK for people that don't give there results out I'll give mine I tried it and it works I lost all my belly fat in 1 week but I watched the video over so I don't forget what to do plus I did eat fat food but only a little say I wanted a biscuit or chocolate I only ate one and I drank water after. I will try this, since 80 to 85 % of how we lose weight IS through exhalation (usually by cardio) and also, the breathing technique of inhaling for 4, sustaining for 4, and releasing for 4 while pushing down left towards the ribs, is proven to have many wonderful benefits in the body. Look it up.

THIS REALLY WORKS!!! It also makes you sweat.. I haven't had time to hit the gym this week so I did it twice a day (morning and night) 2 mins and I got crazy definition in just one week. Okay I have to admit, I'm pretty amazed. This does actually work. I've been doing it for a week and literally lost a pound every day. I didn't change what I eat, although I don't eat a whole lot of fake sugars like candy and sweets, but I do eat organic chocolate and brownies and didn't stop eating those, and I love bread and pasta, didn't stop that either and I've already lost seven pounds. So guys I would really try this because it really works. Lol I'm still amazed.

this is the same or similar to vacuum exercise which does work. I have been doing it for about 5 days and I have seen results. The think is I do it a few times in the morning and afternoon cause if easy to do. You hold in your stomach for about 20 seconds and then exhale for about 30 seconds (keep exhaling but if you have to stop for a second, do so and continue). It is said that it's like sit-ups but much much more effective in a shorter time, works the entire abs.

2 kg lost and about 2 cm off the waist in just 1 week of doing the exercise for about 3 to 6 minutes in the morning. Really impressed with the results. I'm gonna keep practising with increased zest and enthusiasm!

I LOST 10 LBS WITHIN TWO WEEK, however I worked out three times a week and maintained a healthy diet (aka no junk food), so guys go try it out! good luck!

UPDATE: Anyways I ended up losing 22 pounds... and I stopped... but I'm still trying to keep the healthy lifestyle.
I think it should work, I will give it try as I just started my diet plan and exercise, so no harm to include this one in the plan.
Hey you. Believe it or not, but this actually works. I noticed that my chest has formed a bit more muscular just one day after I started it. I'll do it just for 2 to 3 minutes. But I'll focus more on it, and do this for ten minutes by day. One of the best things is that u will not get so hungry after some time.
Guys, I'm not saying it works but I'm saying I have done it for almost two weeks I have lost a little wait but I feel a lot more energetic
