    Reminder: if your parents are home still do it in your room or in any place in your house a lot of people say it’s embarrassing for parents or family members to walk in you working out but don’t feel embarrassed it just means you want to be healthy! And have a nice good body! Just reminding

      But i share a room with my sister and we don’t have the best relationship.. It’s awkward so I must do it in the bathroom when i’m doing skincare but I don’t even have the opportunity to do it every day! 😢

    ──★ btw this isnt the only thing im doing on this three month journey. im doing this and another workout, eating in a calorie deficit, walking 10k steps everyday, drinking 8 water bottles a day, and intermittent fasting !!

    Doing this exercise for 15 Days:
    Age:19
    Weight:64kg
    Height: 5'2"(158 cm)
    Day 1: really hard, took 10s break for each exercise,leg got paining but somehow managed to complete all the exercises ❤
    Day2: my hip area was so painful caz of day 1 exercise but did all exercises nd gave 10s for each exercise break. Little harder but for sure u must do it❤
    Day3: it was much easier to do and I can clearly see some inches reduced ❤️
    Day 4: thighs paining but still did all the exercises ❤
    Day5: Last exercise was bit hard but did it ❤️ really my body feels light and can see the hip area nd chest area got reduced a bit ❤️
    Day 6: Did my workout and felt so sweaty 🥵 and I can clearly see the reduction of my side fat❤️
    Day 7: Didn't do caz I got my periods ❤️
    Day 8:Did my workout easily ❤️ And today I felt my side breast fat also got reduced many inches ❤️
    Day 9: did my workout but some exercise were hard ❤️
    Day 10: Done my workout twice caz I was hyperactive today 😂❤️
    Day 11: Done my workout and I sweated a lot I can definitely see many inches reduced please do this exercise regularly ❤️
    Day 12: Done my exercise and I can see my side breast fat reduced and some abs kinda line came not sure wt it is ❤️
    Day 13: Done my exercise and consistency is the matter ❤️
    Day 14: Done my exercise and felt easy ❤️
    Day 15: Finally the big day🎉 I had completed my exercise andy waist size reduced a lot and side breast fat also reduced and can see front belly is little bit stiff and nowy weight 61 kg .. not only this exercise help me reduce the fat but also the diet and drinks I had to reduce my weight ❤️

      I just started doing this workout..does it actually work? i did this pretty easily but i only felt it in my arms and legs..do I actually get a flat stomach and curves?

    Day 2: i feel good and tired
    Day 3: Wow I lost some belly fat!
    Day 4: i don’t feel tired more like good
    Day 5: My body got slimmer!
    Day 6: ITS TURNING OUT GOOD!
    Day 7: MY BELLY GOT SKINNER AND SLIM
    Day 8: i can really notice my collarbone!
    Day 9: my belly got skinny but still going!
    Day 10: starting to see some abs

    Skipped both days because I noticed that I had actually reduced on other parts of my body but only wanted that for my tummy.
    It's Day 13 now and I'm not sure whether I'd actually workout or not.

    Doing this for 2 weeks remind me!
    Day1-✅️ obvi no process just a bit tired not really
    Dqy2-✅️tired because it was right after school but felt good after
    Day3-✅️rlly tired as just got home from a after school club but feeling proud for still doing it!
    Day4-✅tired as did pe at school was a bit late as maki g bed ect but feeling good about it think lost some weight

    Day 1: My legs kept failing me but I think it's OK! Sweat a lot but I feel very good.
    Day 2: Feeling unwell.
    Day 3: Guinea pig is sick.
    Day 4: Life in shambles but that doesn't stop the grind!

      @@idejkf92 I will do an update with the measurements at the end of the 14 weeks. For the moment there is no big changes but the top of my stomach is flatter now and same for the middle but no changes on the bottom and on my thighs. I hope it helped ^^

    I'm starting today and trying to stick with it for 2 weeks because I'm extremely unhappy with myself
    I currently weigh 72 kg and am 13 years old, which makes me overweight

    Day 1 My legs and arms hurt a little but it's bearable
    Day 2 i forgot because i had to do homework
    Day 3 I dit it and it was a bit easier than the day before

    I will be doing this workout with my own arm and leg workouts added on for about a week. This also means to eat healthy and have no junk food. Starting: 6/6/2024 Ending: 6/13/2024.
    Age: 14 yrs
    Weight: 50 kg
    Height: 5’4 (162.56 cm )
    Day 1: ✅ I haven’t done a workout for weeks now and I have gained some weight. This workout video was okay considering I just started again, but adding the arm workouts and leg workouts I got tired and was sweating and I could also feel the workouts doing something :).
    Edit: if anyone is reading this, I recommend doing some warm ups before the workout and stretches after the workout. Also, I do take rest days because it is good when building muscles (on those days I would just do stretches).
    Day 2: ✅ Today was much easier and I already made an improvement on eating healthier. I could still feel the burn in my abs and legs. I’m staying motivated!
    Day 3: ✅ It has gotten easier to do, but I still feel the burn and I sweat a lot. I can see very LITTLE changes in my abs and in obtaining the hourglass figure I want, so I might stick with this for more than 7 days. For now I will see my progress throughout the 7 days.
    Rest day: ✅ I just did some stretches.
    Day 4: ✅ Easy.

    Day 1: Did not see much change
    BTW, I DO THIS 2 TIMES A DAY
    Day 2: Noticed my belly starting to go a teeny little bit down
    Day 3: From the side u can see that it is flat, I also lost weight too!
    Day 4: Still the same, but when I eat, it doesn't put on much weight
    Day 5: I can start to see little bitty abs popping in
    Day 6: Still the same but my legs are slim (I only did it one time today)
    Day 7: Still the same (the only negative thing about loving weight having slim thighs is that your butt get smaller, but I do 50 squats everyday so it helps)
    Day 8: I can notice my waist tightening but stomach still the same
    VERY VERY SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING YOU GUYS, I LOST MY COMPUTER CHARGER BUT I WAS STILL ABLE TO DO THE EXERCISES FROM A DIFFERENT DEVICE
    Day 10: Super tight waist but not flat stomach its flat from the side but can't see much from the front, I feel like this video is more from tight waist than flat stomach but still really happy with the results

    Hi. So for the summer, I want to get a minor glow up. I just got braces, and now I found this workout for an hourglass figure. I used to be an hourglass before, but since quarantine, I started over eating, and gained a larger rib cage and a rectangle figure. I'm planning to put those habits to a stop. I am going to be logging my workout for 15 days and what I eat in a day to see if this works. An FYI, I will be logging in the notes app, so you won't see anything logged until day 15 passes.     day 2: i didn’t have time because of midterms but i did feel quite sore in my waist area and calfs !

    Doing this for as long as I need!
    I’m currently 65kg (144lbs) at 5’1 and I’m tired of not fitting into clothes and being constantly unhappy in my own skin.
    I am trying to eat more protein, veggies, fruit and drink more water (2 liters per day) with this, and I’m also doing another work out afterwards. I’m happy to tell anyone the routine if they want it :) I’m unable to do a lot of walking due me and my family’s schedule, so I at least get 4-5k steps in a day. I am going to try to do jumping jacks and jump rope with this whenever I have the time
    My goal is to reach around 50kg (112lbs) in 4 months
    Day 1: I feel the burn in my thighs and my lower stomach is a bit sore (mostly from other workouts I tried earlier). I feel good about myself for getting it done. I only managed to get half of another workout done unfortunately. Better luck next time! ✅
    Day 2: I finished both work outs :) I was super tired and took a bit longer breaks, but got everything done! No change yet, but I feel like I have a small amount of muscle ✅
    Day 3: Finished! This morning I noticed a hit of a curve around my waist instead of the boxy look I’ve always had. It really made me feel good. ✅
    Day 4: Had an event today and I started my period! I did walk 5k steps and do some other exercises though ❌
    Day 5: Did it! I walked 7k steps and got really bad sunburns, but the workout felt easy ✅
    Day 6: Tired, but did it! I feel like I've noticed a few small changes, but not much. I did eat poorly today so that may be why 😖 ✅
    Day 7: Felt sore but went fast! My stomach from the side looks slimmer, though the front feels mostly the same ✅
    Day 8: Only got to do this work out, none of my others unfortunately! I was super tired and didn’t get to do this until late. I did walk 7k steps again though :) ✅
    Day 9: Finished! I've lost 1.5lbs since I started (now at 141.5) and my stomach is flatter on the side, but just like a day ago not much has changed front the looks of the front. I have dropped some inches on my hips and waist though! ✅
    Day 10: at 140.5lbs!! My legs burned and I feel good! ✅
    Day 11: Done! Pretty easy ✅
    Day 12: Did it! I’m at 130 lbs :) ✅
    Day 13: Completed! ✅
    Day 14: ✅ I wanna say that this workout has flattened my stomach a little and helped with some weight loss, but that mainly comes from what you’re eating. If you want to really burn fat and drop weight, definitely eat better (not all vegetables, but do a calorie deficit and eat lots of protein!) and be active :)
    Day 15: ✅
    Day 16: ✅ No differences at all. I’ve started drinking matcha green tea before this though!
    Day 17: ❌ Fell asleep
    Day 18: Done! ✅
    Day 19: ✅
    Day 20: ❌ Very sore
    Day 21: Exhausted :( Did other workouts though ❌
    Day 22: ✅
    Day 23: ✅
    Day 24: It was my birthday party, so I didn't get it done! ❌
    Day 25: Didn't get done. Was super busy with cleaning! ❌
    Day 26: I could not make myself do it today! I've had stuff going on and I'm so tired ❌
    Day 27: I'm going to stop updating. I feel like this workout didn't exactly change much for me, and I have not been motivated to do it. I'd strongly recommend other workouts like HIIT and pilates. Losing weight and fat largely is based on how and what you are eating. I would recommend a calorie deficit as that is what I have been doing, eat at least 90g of protein a day, lots of veggies, fruits, and nuts, and a BUNCH of water (2L+ a day). Check the scale in the morning, never the evening, try to count your calories a little in apps such as MyFitnessPal, and try to make your meals special. Put in things you enjoy, because if you hate it you will never stick to it. You can look up videos and recipes for healthy, high protein, and low cal meals that are super creative snd tasty! I also have begun to stick to a fasting schedule to help burn fat. I am going to do this with more discipline over the span of the summer (3 months) and will update if I remember :) Good luck to everyone trying to better themselves!

Еще я занимаюсь другими тренировками (когда есть желание) желаю всем удачи! Хочу подтянуть свое тело, ведь я очень быстро похудела, и тело не очень хорошего качества
    1 день : сделала, + около 30 минут кардио,+ тренировка на руки
    2 день: сделала, + тренировка на руки и ягодицы,+ еще одна тренировка на талию
    3 день : сделала
    4 день : не сделала, так как была в аквапарке
    5 день : сделала
    6 день: забыла
    7 день : забыла
    8 день : забыла
    9 день : вспомнила. Но решила бросить, и начать более тяжелые тренировке. Всем удачи!

    День 1: вроде нормально, делала два перерыва. Чуток сложновато.
    День 2: тело болит почему то, но терпимо. Сейчас доделываю это и пойду от отеков делать

      @@bllaowop I just did day 9, so I can’t really update (I do updates every week cause that gives me more motivation) but I’m pretty sure this works cause when I compared my day 1 to my day 7 pictures I could see a clear difference of my belly being a little more flat

      😑The first day was very difficult. My feet hurt so much and my waist was broken. I could not move, but I started to notice the changes after that.

    Doing this for idk how many days! (Remind me by liking or commenting I might forget) NOT FORCING
    Day 1: ✅ it was ok not bad
    Day 2: ✅ same as day 1 (no much changes)
    Day 3: ✅could kinda feel changes. Not much
    Day 4: ✅idk why but today was kinda harder than the other days but good.
    Day 5: ✅could kinda see changes but I do struggle to lose weight so not much.
    Day 6: ✅it was easy but I don’t see changes. It’s bc I really struggle to lose weight so I do a few exercises other than this . Good luck ❤

    Doing this excercise for 14 days:
    Age:16
    Weight:50kg
    Day 1: it was easier than i thought it was ☺️, leg is paining a bit🥴 but overall it is great 👍
    Day 2: today my legs were painful and around the waist also😫, but did the workout 😅
    Day 3: i see a slight change in my waist and arms😍 and pain is not that much now
    Day 4: did not do it so will be doing for 15 days
    Day5: yesterday i felt more confident in my body as I can see some changes very happy with the workout over all
    Day 6: did not do it because I was busy
    Day 7: as I did not do it yesterday it became a little harder but still did it
    Day 8: I did it and i could say, i definitely see some changes but as always big changes comes slowly so I am still waiting 🤞

    Day 1 : ✅ ( pretty easy, left me sweaty and exhausted (took no breaks during the exercise) very thirsty after )

    Right now its april 28th and my summer holidays start on july 21, but i want to start excersising now so that by the end of summer i will have lost my desired amount of weight!

    Hello!!!, voy a hacer esto por dos semanas. Inicie el lunes pasado en conjunto a otra rutina de brazos y abdominales de pie intercaladas, les estaré avisando el progreso.
    Día 1: ✅ (hice esta rutina y la de brazos y abdominales, en total fueron 30min)
    Día 2:✅ (hice esta rutina y 20 min de abdominales, en total 28 min)
    Día 3:✅ (solo hice esta rutina)
