- I test out the amazon 1.1mm orifice on my Karcher 1700 psi washer.

Good to see you got the results. I just switched my orifice today. No change in results but i may tinker with the ratio as well. I was a little light on soap. I didn't install the mesh thing, either. That may be part of it.
The mesh does help.
Brand of soap makes a big difference for sure!

Take the wire filter thing out and it will work like the ones at the carwash, lots of pressure plus sop!
It didn’t work that way for my set up.
The problem is the pressure washer it just doesn’t have enough power see below
you can get super thick snow foam if your pressure washer has 2.0GPM (gallons per minute) or higher and I wouldn’t go any less than 1.80GPM for good results
Your 1700 Karcher is only 1.2GPM which explains why it’s coming out creamy

boofighter I live in the uk and we have a big range of Karcher models , I was going to recommend the Karcher K4 which is 1.83Gpm but doesn’t seem to exist in the US then I saw you guys have the k5 model it looks the same as ours here but there a big difference in GPM here it’s 2.2Gpm but in the US the same model is only 1.4GPM 🤷🏾♂️

NOE King I think your gallons are smaller. I am in Canada and we use litres.
1 UK gallon is 1.20 US gallons that could be why the gpm is different!!

Doesnt need a brand, modify the foam maker and orifice on cheap foam cannon will have big results

Could still be thicker. For electric pressure washer use a 5oz soap 25oz water. For even thicker foam use 10oz soap 20oz water. It's a waste of soap but it will be amazing! The wire mesh isnt neccessary to change out, it makes no difference.

AlwaysChangingMind in this video I was trying Autogylm foaming soap at first because that is what I was using in my old foam canon and then I switched to Chemical Guys Mr. Pink.

There are always better soaps. I have found that everyone has opinion on what is better.
