I’m gonna be honest with you guys - I never thought this would work for me cause I’ve been dealing with very rounded and forward leaned shoulders for many years, and stiff neck and shoulders every morning with frequent headaches. However, after about 10 days by doing these workouts once a day, I saw a HUGE change. Now it’s been three weeks where I’ve been doing these workouts once every day. I rarely have stiff shoulders and neck in the morning and almost no headaches AND my shoulders have improved SOOO MUCH!! There’s not much left before they’re completely lean - even my parents say so.
I must say I’m really impressed and so happy it works!! I’m definitely continuing!! Thank you so so much❤️
Edit: completed week 5 and not much have changed visually, however I almost got rid of the stiffness and headaches completely in the mornings. So I’m still doing it but now it’s every second day - still grateful ❤️

JH Aeri my neck definitely looks a bit longer than before. I had neck pain but I feel like this has help me with that. You should do the stretches but be careful tho

잼니 hi, I did not have hunchback it was just my bad posture, but I think that this can help you if you have hunchback. Although, you should search up first if this kind of stretches will help you so you don’t injure yourself
this video really change my life.
i've been living with pain and shoulder neck for more than 12 years. i go to a lot of doctor for years but the pain never go away. it's hard for me to sleep well with all the pain and always woke up with pain neck every single day. i even quit my job to focus on healing my pain. i did yoga & exercise that my doctor suggest me. but day by day it gets really worse, it makes me hard to live my life. i was so depressed. i'm crying every night.
thank god, this video pop up on my youtube. i've been doing this exercise once or twice a day for 2 month, both of my upper traps used to be sooo swollen, but now my left shoulder is like a normal human being. i can sleep really well now and wake up without any pain!!

Hello! I was wondering if you could explain more about your upper traps? I have AWEFUL upper trap pain, and they are HUGE, and I don't even workout :( Did this help reduce the size as well? Thank you for your time.
I'm being really honest here okay, it Works! It really really works!!! My shoulder loosened so much in just a week and I don't even do alll ten exercises lmao my mom told yesterday that my neck is looking longer and today morning my running buddies said that too!!! I'm too happy right now 🤗🤗🤗🌞🌞😁😁

Wtf I’ve been doing this for about a month. And the results are SO GOOD. I really didn’t think this was going to work but it LITERALLY DOES. My posture isn’t like an old man anymore lol
I’ve been doing this nightly for the last 3 days & I honestly see a difference mainly on my left side: it’s less tense & rounded but my right side is still quite tense & “hunched”.
*1 week update: my posture has improved greatly while doing these exercises & my tensed muscles are gradually beginning to even out on both sides.
Also, it just feels so nice & it’s such a relaxing way to end off a stressful day at work :)

I didn’t think it would work but I always try different things, and this video made my neck and shoulders feel less tense and painful after doing it once! Ive been doing this 2x a day for 8 days now and I can already see some difference! My upper back has little hump and I can see it kinda lowering down now and somewhat helped my posture. I also noticed for the first time that my shoulders are not of same height, maybe I’ll have it checked in the future (and no it’s not because of this exercise) but probably a long problem that I didnt notice because my back was hunched. I will continue to do this 2x a day for longer 💚

the first time i saw this video was maybe 5 months ago and i’ve been doing these exercises kinda on and off. from what i can say, yes this def works !! my posture has gotten way better !
my advise is : do all of these exercises for maybe a week or two to get used to standing up straight. it’s uncomfortable at first but trust me, you get used to it !! i recommend def doing the first two exercises every morning though(to help straighten your back for the day), and maybe even randomly during the day too if you want to help your posture !!
i do all of the other exercises randomly if i feel like i need a booster to stand even straighter.
i did this for one week and the results are AMAZING!! like they really came down like omg,, also they aren't stiff anymore. i really recommend this its also so relaxing and i assure you that you start to enjoy it after 3 days or so. i think im gonna do this for a long time... thank you!

HOnestly you changed this lockdown into such an awakening period for me . I lost 10 kgs in 3 weeks using your exercises .still have more to go to be perfectly toned but i have trust in your workouts !!!.I would greatly appreciate it if you could suggest any workout to reduce double chin fat , the whole jaw and the neck area specifically because thats the only area where i have stubborn fat .But thank you so much for giving me workouts that make me embrace my body wholeheartedly !!!

@@samiasjournal i did the slim arms ,slim and toned thighs and 12 and 8 min intense hiit exercises coupled with 100 jumping jacks and 30 crunches , an active lifestyle and a moderate healthy diet , also fasting helped (ramadan).Hope it was helpful !!

@@oguzhancakr9526 i did the slim arms ,slim and toned thighs and 12 and 8 min intense hiit exercises coupled with 100 jumping jacks and 30 crunches , an active lifestyle and a moderate normal diet .Also I did do around 20 mins of dancing 5 days a week (but like not professional dancing,just what i felt like at the moment )

I just tried this a few moments ago, and it actually got rid of my upper back pain for the moment. My spine is slight curved at the top of my back, which causes me to experience upper back pain quite frequently, and it also rotates my shoulders to be in an abnormal position, which adds on pain. The only one I couldn't do was the very last one with the massage ball because I do not own one. I will continue to do this every day because of how quickly it got rid of the pain (though it might be temporary for a while).

I've now done this 14 times in 16 days and am really pleased with the results.After day 3 I noticed an improvement, especially with my neck - this motivated me to keep going. I definitely feel taller and my shoulder blades are sitting much better. I'm going to keep going and make these exercises part of my regular routine.

I was highly skeptical of the workout but tried it after someone else's one hour full-body workout. During stretching, my shoulder pulled slightly and it felt great. I've been doing this exercise for about 2 weeks now and surprisingly the stiffness in my neck is no longer there and before my neck showed a hump like structure which is now completely gone, my posture is better which makes me feel more confident and honestly if any one wants to try this then just go for it :)

@@celines143 hello, I do it whenever I feel like I need it. If I'm working a lot that day and I need to stretch, I don't wait to work out to do it, I just do it. But other times, I do it after workouts. What I mean is time doesn't matter, it works anyways.

I did all the exercises regiously for the two weeks she proposed. my breasts caused me a lot of shoulder and neck pain, as I would slouch and curve my spine due to their size. in the tenth day I went out to town to solve some issues, and to my absolute surprise, my shoulders and neck werent in excrucial pain. I felt so happy! my posture is now so much better, and even after hours sitting or walking my back doesnt hurt anymore. my shoulders are also more angular now; not so perfectly 90-degree-angular like April Han's, but they look cute. give this a try and see the magic. good luck 😊

results: i didn’t take a before pic so i just took an old pic of mine from last year and comparing them to my shoulders now, my shoulders are a lot less round shaped. although my right side is still tense and rounded/hunched but my left side has gotten much better and i think i will get my desired results after doing this for about a month but it’s different for everyone and i skipped a day as well so that might of made the result not that great but it’s still progress!

Just came back to review that yeah ....After doing this for 7 days my posture has been improved a lot and the back pain that I had is nearly gone. ... I had instant results but I do strongly say that everyone is different so you guys keep doin until you find ur desirable results.

i started this workout yesterday!! i’m just trying to lower my trapeziuses :)
day 1: ✓ - i’ve paired this with emi’s collarbone exercise (that’s been working so well for me).
day 2: ✓ - my bones were cracking like crazy. also i don’t have that little ball that she uses at the end so i just massage the area as a cool-down.

Yeah I think we’re in the minority here (makes sense bc of the video we’re watching xD) but I think rounded shoulders on girls looks very cute and aesthetic. I love the long gentle line that goes from the neck all the way down to the wrist. For example, the main actress in The Queens Gambit 👌🏽✨

Oh my god i really need to try this! My right shoulder always "drops of the sleave" of my tops or sweaters because it obviously have the wrong posture. Thank you for this!
