Mazdaspeed 3 MSD coils

I was told that the MSD coils would not work in my 09 Mazdaspeed 3. Once again I have figured a way to beat the system. I used a set of MSD coils that were made for the Ford Focus ST and RS. I switched the connector plug configuration from the Mazda, to the Ford setup to accomplish this. I decided to share what I have learned, and I am very happy with the MSD's. I plan on running these for the life of the car...

Focus has the mazda engine they share designs to save money and when mazda makes the top ten engines of the year list for 8 years strait with an engine ford slaps it in some vehicles.

Definitely worth getting. The windings are much better than stock.
