Loved my 03 civic Si. The Si was geared towards keeping you in the power band, which meant premium gas. In Niagara falls, it's $1.80/ltr. %95 commuting 125kms each way. Only problem was about 25 more hp to make on ramps fun...the throttle is your friend!!! Then I got my 03 Acura TL-S. With trip-tronic trans that allowed for an extra 160,000 after the oil idiot did a full flush I didn't ask for. Two weeks later, boom. I drove back and as usual police were called.😂 With all engines are turbo, you are waiting even longer for boost.

Back in 2001, older brother gave me his 96 Civic EX with B18C5 swap as a graduation gift. Body had 70k miles & motor was from jdmzone in NJ with 72k verified miles. Drove it until 2011 n put just under 500k miles b4 he traded me his S13. He did a rebuild on the B18 motor & only had normal wear but gaskets/seals were old/brittle.
Mines got 120k on it rn and it’s been fine, I really needa change my oil tho tbh soon, 20% it says left am I cooked fellas? No engine lights yet I think it’s fine tbh

I’m not the kind of person that enjoys a low car. All I’ve had my whole life and the amount of times that I’ve gotten stuck in the snow or scraped the bottom of my car is crazy. To each their own!
I daily an accord for the same reasons. It’s fast enough, it’s got tech, stable at high speed, carry passengers, big trunk, low insurance, good on gas, stable in snow, easy to work on and parts are cheap.

Loved my 03 civic Si. The Si was geared towards keeping you in the power band, which meant premium gas. In Niagara falls, it's $1.80/ltr. %95 commuting 125kms each way. Only problem was about 25 more hp to make on ramps fun...the throttle is your friend!!! Then I got my 03 Acura TL-S. With trip-tronic trans that allowed for an extra 160,000 after the oil idiot did a full flush I didn't ask for. Two weeks later, boom. I drove back and as usual police were called.😂 With all engines are turbo, you are waiting even longer for boost.

@@okuratwarmianski7993 Haha. A 1980 Countach had a 4.7s 0-60mph and a top end of 183mph. A 2024 Honda Civic R has a 4.9s 0-60mph and a top end of 170mph. The Honda definitely drives "better" though.

As someone who drives older type rs from the 90s-00s, I approve of the newer ones, especially Cena driving one, and also driving a countach is hell, I did one time (such a heavy ass clutch)
Drove those & had so much fun driving them! Awesome cars!

Accords and civics been my favorite go to cars to get me. Such a perfect year round car with no problems really
“ 145 and stable” can confirm that , as a Subaru guy I don’t like how the R sounds , but this thing is stable at 150 for 2mins long at Mexico , while I felt kinda sketchy in my older WRX at 136, on the curvy road this thing handles like a dream , I still don’t like how it sounds tho 😂

Back in 2001, older brother gave me his 96 Civic EX with B18C5 swap as a graduation gift. Body had 70k miles & motor was from jdmzone in NJ with 72k verified miles. Drove it until 2011 n put just under 500k miles b4 he traded me his S13. He did a rebuild on the B18 motor & only had normal wear but gaskets/seals were old/brittle.
Maybe even more if u take real good care of it….

The way he said it's stable at 145 reminds me so much of the old street races at a Japan known as The midnight club, where everyone's car had to be able to be stable and comfortable at speeds above 160 mph, for several minutes at a time
My brother just recently bought that exact blue car in the video and I can say out of experience it is very stable at 145mph and such a blast to drive in the corners

I’m not the kind of person that enjoys a low car. All I’ve had my whole life and the amount of times that I’ve gotten stuck in the snow or scraped the bottom of my car is crazy. To each their own!

Hondas & Toyotas maintain the best book value out of any used vehicles and its for good reason!
I daily an accord for the same reasons. It’s fast enough, it’s got tech, stable at high speed, carry passengers, big trunk, low insurance, good on gas, stable in snow, easy to work on and parts are cheap.
The accord does not have a lot of trunk space what r u on about
