Edit: its been nine months, thanks for the likes! i have accepted i am who i am thanks to noel. my confidence up to a 10 i am peaking!!! at life right now!!! im really proud of myself and all my accomplishments i have done with my own two hands. it was a rough nine month road to self acceptance and realizing i AM beautiful, ugly or not, and the only one in my way is me. it took a lot to realize that i am incapable without my body and that without it i would not be able to write, to speak, to perform, and to live life: the good and bad parts. but i couldn't have done it without noel and this video and support from my friends. thank u tmgknees for the best fucking content ever. this change in my life would not have happened without you. if you're reading this, i love you. go drink some water. hydrate that body and treat it well for all the things it does for u!!!

but real talk... the more you look at yourself the more comfortable you’ll become with what you see. When you go such a long time without seeing yourself, living with what you having envisioned in your mind, it makes seeing yourself all the more disappointed/shocked. Practice a little self love.
I did this too, but honestly feeling this is so hurtful towards yourself, it's crazy how destructive this mindset can be. Realizing you're "ugly" puts you in such a downward spiral towards hating yourself even more,that it's this constant anxiety about the way you look compared to others, even though you were probably wrong about it in the first place. Realise that this body is all of you, and you may only see your reflection but you dont see your smile, your laughter, your charm, and your eyes reflected in the sunlight like others do. Find beauty in yourself, honestly confidence and self-acceptance are the most beautiful things about a person!
Also I’m lowkey ugly Im like a solid 5 debatable 6 out of 10 but it’s the false confidence that gets me the 7-9/10s , like even if you’re a lil bit ugly, if you have the confidence, it doesn’t matter
