      I'm on day 4 and live in a house with 4 indivuals not on the reset. I have no cravings!! So I absolutely agree on the cravings. (I quit smoking 4 months ago too🙋🏽‍♀️ after 17 years)

    Congratulations, 🎊 Jill! I figured that last week was your plateau. Great, job!
    My sister was celiac (when no one had yet heard of it), and I’ve been tested. Not celiac, but I have an intolerance to wheat. What’s strange is that I can eat ANYTHING when we visit in Germany and have absolutely no migraines or stomach issues.

      That is interesting. Their food probably hasn't been genetically engineered. When a diabetic friend moved to the US he went through a year's worth of insulin in about 5 months. Our food is not as healthy. xoxo

      Jill Maurer That is terrible about your diabetic friend. Yes, everything there is fresh with no preservatives. I can now eat a bratwurst without getting a terrible migraine. Yum!

    Congratulations you did it it’s great that you are planning for the future yet realistic in expectations. I’m so glad the exercise portion of your transformation is easier. I have a list of what I call the 10 min ups. What I mean is you just do a little 10 min thing up on your feet A couple times a day. No change of clothes no gym sweating no equipment Just keep it simple Your plan seemed to embrace this type of doable Excersise that a person can actually adhere to

      Jill Maurer So nice! I have a question, maybe you could help me. I’m starting the reset next Friday, have already ordered the shake, oea protein, green banana flour, avocado oil, and a lot of other stuff. I’m planning to have one shake of the doctor’s formula and another I will do myself. My doubt is about dinner. Did you follow the recipes in the book or “build” your own? What would be your “go to” home made dinner? I’d love some input ffom somebody who did it right!

    Wow, that is so awesome. I’m glad you continued. Ye, definitely want to know after month later. My biggest problem is I have to have chocolate every single day. I tried to cut but so many times I failed.😭😭. So now I can only stick to excise. Thank You so much dear for sharing, it is really nice to know ❤️

      I often put cocoa powder in my shakes to make them chocolatey. He did have one chocolate shake that I didn't care for much, but you could play around with one that will work on the diet, and then you could have chocolate for breakfast and dinner! xoxo

    I have watched and listened to so many programs and researched plans that I can't keep up with it all! At this point what I'm looking for is a resource that will tell me step-by-strp what to do so I don't have to think, make my own menus, plans, etc. Would you say this book fits that description?

    Keep us posted on keeping the weight off. I’m going to have a friend try this diet since she’s about 30 pounds overweight. I’m 5’2 and weigh 105 pounds so I don’t need it. I have developed a wheat allergy in the past few years and I miss having some dessert but I’ll have flourless chocolate cake once in awhile. I’m late 40’s and I think I maintain my weight because I can’t eat anything with wheat. Take in mind wheat or wheat gluten is in stuff like soy sauce, some salad dressings, some ice cream so read labels. 👍🏼

    I just received the pre-made shakes. Do I mix the shake and the starch in one shaker bottle? Or do I drink both separately?
