  • Its Alive! 1st Test drive and rip in my LS3 T56 3rd Gen Iroc-Z Camaro after fresh Rebuild. Things sounds mean! Fitech Ultimate LS 70051 kit first test drive was a success. Worked out a few small bugs and kit has been working flawlessly so far.

Bad ass build. These 3rd gens are coming back into style and a build like this just makes them that much cooler. Just gonna point out that duration of a cam makes it "big" not the lift a 224 duration is smaller that a 232 duration even though the 224 could have 600 lift and the 232 can have 550 lift the 232 would still be a "bigger" can based on amount of vacuum the engine is pulling during idle and power range.

I would recommend using the fitech 92mm throttle body designed for the system if you can't get your issues figured out. Also make sure your tps sensor is reading 0% when setting iacs and make sure to turn idle set mode to on with handheld to lock in tps to 0%.

Everytime I turned the screw the tps % would increase and the iacs wouldn't drop below 50. If you look on the throttle body the TPS sensor can be screwed in to 2 different locations. I actually had to remove the tps rotate it slightly then screw into new position. After I did that my iacs and tps% would drop down in range then I could set it properly.
