I briefly discuss my new G Shock GRAVITYMASTER GPW-2000. It’s an impressive beast with in built GPS and a fantastic backlight as well as being tough solar.
I talk about the Hour Beep Club #HOURBEEPCLUB and show some stretches I’m personally working on including one utilising a kettlebell.
I the talk about my real EDC, what’s I genuinely have in my North Face sling on a day to day basis including a SECRID wallet, ANKER power bank, GERBER Bear GRYLLS multi tool, WUBEN Tactical Pen, Nite IZE Quick stand, Victorinox ALOX Cadet in champagne, Acme Tornado Slimline whistle and MUJI plastic pockets.

I am passionate about adventure and testing myself - some of my favourite ways to maintain physical strength are kettlebells and carrying heavy stuff long distances, i.e. ‘rucking’. hello, suggestion on power pack....2 "solar battery pack with 50mah or higher". I always carry one in my pack ** you forgot #550 military Paracord/duct tape **backup Suunto clipper compass/portable solar radio and wear your choice of Master G shock watch .....have a nice day, cheers:)))
