    A fun experiment. Took my gwg 1000 to work. Once at cruising altitude, I compared cabin pressurization to my watch. It was spot on! Very impressed with it’s accuracy. Took a couple of cool pics. Cheers!

    Already have 1 GA-2100 (so called 3ple black) - no need of redundancy. I got GA-700SKE - definitely it looks smaller that way (same optical illusion).
    5:48 - I don't know too, but I don't care equally while it keeps its properties as a G-Shock.
    Only in the transparent ones you can see in a real-time how your sweat condensates in the breathing folds near the lugs.
    14:00 - They are yours - so, you can do whatever you feel appropriate with them.
    Appreciated your review :)
    Love Pizza - especially prepared in the way it should be.

      Thank you for the kind words Dan, and I'm very pleased a pizza video will be of interest. A few others have said the same, give me a few days and you'll have something good. Just need to decide whether to do on this channel or start a separate channel. Hmmm. By the way the Weber grill will be excellent for pizza as you can get it super hot and have the wood smoke to make it perfect.

    Hi stormrider how are you doing buddy? I love the look of the Earth grey GA2100 and im considering buying it as a dressier watch for occasions.
    Onto your question on pizza making... I’m certainly interested! I would love to know a good recipe for the base and I have one for you too...
    Use a cup of Greek yogurt to about 2 cups of flour or so until it’s not gloopy and sticky and forms a good dough. I tried it a little while back and was incredibly surprised at how delicious the dough was! Give it a go my friend and let me know how you got in pls, take care buddy

      Many thanks for the kind words... Personally speaking the GPW-200 takes it for me. It's a wonder or technology as well as so aesthetically pleasing. That being said I've never owned a GWA1100 but looks wise it doesn't do it for me quite so much. It's still a highly capable watch though so it's down to your preference. See if you can wear them in to see which one suits your wrist best... Hope that helps

  • @loganholmberg2295

    It you don't wear it in the sun or around smoke don't worry about it yellowing too much. It should be UV protected but if it hasn't been properly applied to keep it away from things like UV and smoke should help prevent yellowing. Even then there are ways to chemically restore it but that's my exp with toys hard plastics. Not sure about flexible ones.

    Excellent video mate as always. I really like my 'Skeleton'. I bought a Mini Casioak but I found the lugs too narrow stopping it sitting on my wrist comfortably. My next watch is going to be the carbon fibre analogue Frogman. A Bergeon spring bar tool might make changing the straps over easier. Not too expensive either.

    • @stormrider1119
      @stormrider1119  Před 3 lety +1

      Thanks for the feedback as ever Ian. Interesting about the Mini Casioak...i definitely can imagine what you mean even although admittedly I haven't worn one yet. Especially with bigger wrists I could see the mini could simply be too snug. Maybe one for my wife instead... Hope you are well Sir.

      I saw the Carbon Froggy limited edition... What a statement piece, will be super rare - go for it and let me know what you think. Yes I have the G-Shock spring bar tool that came with the GA-2000 but was just being lazy using the SAK :) Kind of did the job but wasn't very pretty.

    • @ianmaw66
      @ianmaw66 Před 3 lety +1

      @@stormrider1119 I got my Frogman. Really nice, especially the bracelet. The only downside was the cheap packaging. No presentation box, just the tin you would get with a much much cheaper watch. My Royal Navy Frogman which was £350 less expensive came with a much nicer box.

    • @stormrider1119
      @stormrider1119  Před 3 lety

      @@ianmaw66 Congrats on the new Froggy, although I'm highly surprised the box was the standard tin. Very odd. Did you check that's correct? I've seen the Royal Navy version and know the box, similar to the RAF GravityMaster presentation case. I'd imagine the carbon frog would be similar, especially as I believe it's a Limited Edition. Strange... I'll do a bit of digging too, see if it's correct to be in a tin. Bet the watch itself is excellent on the wrist though!

    • @stormrider1119
      @stormrider1119  Před 3 lety

      Ah just saw it's not limited edition. But still don't see how a watch that price doesn't command a nicer box, although thinking back my GWG-1000 was in a tin too (admittedly not as expensive piece as your new CF frog).
